Not sure if its new owners or what but please get proper training and listen to your customers. I sometimes need a challenging order because of my kids being picky but I've been to many subways before with no problem. Also crazy cheap with the amount of fixings. Just a word of advice, being in the sales industry, if your cheap with your products than I'm assuming your cheap with your service. Not good. You got 2 stars because the food was at least fresh.
I brought in my kids for a quick meal after a long day the staff was super friendly but one stood out who was super friendly to my kids she brought my tray to the table and extra toys for my two cranky boys and said I could pay after we are done with our meal. When I went to ask about her I was informed by the other person she is the owner. She won my kids and their momma....definitely coming back!!!!
Very clean place I have a 9 years old autistic son and an 16 month old toddler the lady who I believe is the new owner is such a sweetheart she was keeping my toddler busy while I took my son to the bathroom. The sandwiches were done to our liking and my kids got toys. With my hands full I forgot my purse at the store I went crazy looking for it and I called every place I went to until I called subway and voila my bag was there... Thanks for being honest, clean place and very good customer service our family will continue to come to this place
This Subway is similar to any other Subway. So if you like their sandwiches then you will like this Subway as well. The bathroom was clean but every time that I was in there I never seen any other customers. The workers were kind and fast.
Originally left a 5 star rating, went back and the owner tried to charge me for bacon since I asked for hot sauce on my chicken instead of buffalo chicken. Changed rating from 5 to 1 star. Unbelievable
Recently we ordered a subway platter for one of the parties. Though it was an instore order, they made it very fast and as per our requirement. Usually Platters we shd give a pre order, but they still considered our request and honored. The staff is very friendly and good. I would recommend this.
Spotswood NJ Subway is the place to go from the minute I stepped in I was greeted with respect and friendly from everyone great customer service . Very clean store compared the other subways that I been to I recommend that location to the public great team work guys.
Magy was amazing!!!I came in about 10 mins before closing and she was more then happy to help me out. Her customer service skills are great!!That's the kind of people you want in your business to help drive and grow the buisness!!Will definitely recommend every one I know to this location..
