There were a couple of people in your shop when we were. They weren't so nice to be around or for your employees to deal with. They did an exemplary job of taking care of everyone in a timely fashion without rushing customers or losing their patience or temper.

I didn't get her name, but employee 3252 was so patient and professional. She was the only one there and 5 people were in front of me and 9 people came in behind me, yet she just worked through each order, unflustered. The food was good, too, of course.

This poor kid today.. was slammed with on line orders and constant walk ins, (even a lady waiting for curbside) Subway should really take away their on line ordering this is the 2nd subway I’ve been to that was short staffed. The gentleman was calm and collected while making an order ahead of me , at 1st I was mad that I had in my order on line and It wasn’t ready when I got there 25 min later. He explained he was the only one there, he was new and trying to catch up with orders …he needs a raise!! Mentioned there was someone coming in at 3pm to help him , by the time I left, this person still wasn’t there this was about 3:15. I felt soo bad, wanted to jump behind the counter to help!! Hope this gentleman pulled thru . Soo sad companies can’t find people to come in and work or these owners need to have a hiring incentives 🤷‍♀️

A very nice experience every time I go, they are sure to put everything on my sandwich that I want!

Walked into Subway at 4:15pm on a weekday to order a sub. I was told they had NO BREAD. I could clearly see the bread in the case but was told that bread would not be cut for 25 minutes. How does subway run out of BREAD before the dinner rush!?!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is not my first time at this subway location. Though previous experiences have not been this bad they weren’t great either. The place always has an abandoned look. They’re always low on items and their soda machine was out of service twice. Their employees don’t look well groomed or knowledgeable. All these things just doesn’t make you feel welcomed as a customer. Today my experience was so awful that I felt obligated to write this review. I walked into the store and there was no one there. No one that I could see behind the counter. I approach the counter and try to look behind the register. Nothing. I said “hello” and a young lady sitting at one of the tables on her phone got up and walked behind the counter. She seemed bothered to be interrupted. She washed her hands and put gloves on. Her phone kept going off as I was ordering. She stopped me from ordering and grabbed her phone from her back pocket and texted for a few seconds (didn’t bother me even if it’s not professional). They only had Italian bread. The meats didn’t look fresh (I should’ve just walked away, but thought “it’s just my idea, the meats will be okay”) I should’ve listened to myself! The vegetables also looked old. The lettuce specially. They had no tomatoes. A lot of items were missing (which doesn’t make it appetizing or appealing to the eye of a customer). They had about 6 bags of chips (just one flavor). The store just looked in poor shape. I asked if they had cookies because they had none in display. Employee seemed bothered by it. I ordered 2 foot longs and both my husband and I are now sick (same symptoms as a stomach virus). I knew something was wrong with the meats and it’s probably my fault for eating it. This is not okay. I will call corporate and report this issue. I will never return to this location ever again and now I will stay away from subway overall.

I arrived at the store at 7:20p on Monday, November 7th. The store says it closes at 9p online and on the times it shows at the door. It was locked, and there was a woman inside cleaning. I don’t understand why they closed it early. I called to ask, and that woman picked it up. She said we closed today at 7pm. I was like is this a usual thing, she said no. This is very unprofessional. Please keep the times you post.

7/27/22 7pm- Absolutely awful customer service. We expected more from Subway. We were the only customers in the store and were ignored for approximately 5 minutes. When we were finally acknowledged, we were asked "what do you want?", "why you wasting my time?" As we left, we were then yelled at why we wasted his time. Contacted Subway directly and heard nothing. Sharing this so you can avoid an awful experience with your family.
