Will report to corporate. Employee super rude and would not add any extra veggies or any kind because they “cut up what they would use for the night”. Very snippy attitude and extremely unhelpful and didn’t do her job. This is Subway. Never in many years have we met such a horrible employee with such a horrible attitude. Owners need to train this girl on what Subway is to save the embarrassment. Wow.

This place has the cheapest owner in the siouxland area, all the subways in Sioux City give more meat and toppings for your buck not to mention they recognize the coupons for any sub ordered not just basic subs that they limit you to at this one I live less than 3 blocks from this location and will still gladly drive to a Sioux City one or get jimmy johns from down the road than go to this location and support this cheap owner

Employees in this place are really rude and when you ask to veggies they say they don’t have any and made a sandwich with just 2 cucumbers just because they didn’t have more .. on my opinion they should let people know that they don’t have veggies so the people decide if they still want to eat or know .. worst place and they force you to pay for something you don’t even want that way because they made it how they want

I ordered online for delivery, I didn’t have an option to select a store for delivery which is no big deal. After ordering and getting it delivered through DoorDash I wanted to enjoy my food. My sandwich that I only asked for ham, tomatoes and pickles on had some type of sauce like mayo or ranch which I did not ask for nor wanted. I then called the store, the lady on the phone didn’t seem to care about the issue. Even after i explained to her i am severely allergic to mayonnaise, which would’ve put me in the ER if i had taken a bite of it.

People working there are rude. I asked for an untoasted sub and they toasted it anyway. When I pointed out that I didnt want it toasted they were rude and acted like it was my fault. I just took the toasted sub. The sandwiches are super skimpy, even if you ask for more veggies, they act like its a problem and still put very little on. They put on the bare minimum amount of meat, to barely thinly cover the bread. The sandwich was like eating a loaf of bread. I won't go back.

Subway used to be a decent place to eat and had decent sandwiches. that is until subway downgraded the place! subway has gone downhill!! took half the items items off there menu no more roast beef or chicken items what the heck??? this customer won’t be back and will be going elsewhere!!!!!!
