I went in last Wednesday and I was shocked with how, i guess it was the manager, was talking to her employees. She was short, Hispanic and I assume the manager. She was talking to a couple of her employees in a very irritated mean manner. It made me very uncomfortable. The customer service and food were great. Store is always clean. Just uncomfortable having to experience such unprofessional behavior while trying to get lunch.
Subway is a great place to go eat because you always know what to expect and how it will taste, even before you show up. This place was pretty clean for a Subway. I was impressed. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. Tables wiped and there were even a few patrons eating. They were busy baking bread and it smelled wonderful. All was fresh and tasted great.
Very clean and well-kept Subway. Came in on a Wednesday afternoon when there was a female and male working. Both were very friendly and outgoing. Food was good, standard subway fare 🙂. I would definitely come to this subway again though. Was a surprisingly positive experience
Very clean Subway, friendly employees and they were trained very well. The ingredients were all very fresh and the bread was the best I've had at a subway in a long time
0 stars. Negative stars. Worst experience ever. I ordered on the app and waited until the sandwich was in the "done" status. I arrived at the store and it was not even started. No apology, I didn't care that much. After arriving home, we discovered our sandwiches were missing half their ingredients and weren't even cut. Not a big deal, I'll go back to the store. I returned to the store and asked them to add the remaining ingredients. They refused. I asked for a refund. They refused. I asked for the name and number of the manager. They refused. The indignant pregnant employee told me that perhaps I should get my food from another restaurant like Jimmy John's or Olive Garden. She even accused me of lying and removing the missing ingredients. Though I'm not sure how I can uncut a sandwich and remove the sauce along with the onions and olives. Avoid this place. Unless you want to eat plain bread with extremely bad service.
Normally good, however we went to this subway around 45 minutes before closing and the doors were locked we knocked, then the employees turned and saw us and just stared didnt let us in but looked at us. I probably wont be going back there again.
We walked in late and it looked like they were all cleaned up for the day. However Sophia was friendly and was more then happy to help us at the late time.
After years of the same boring Subway menu, they have updated it. Number 12, turkey, Cali club is pretty good! I will put Subway back on my lunchtime rotation.
