Food was great but they seemed more concerned with baking more bread than helping customers I know u have to make bread but can't u help the 5 people in line before u spend 5 mins wheeling out the bread thing then unloading all the loaves into oven then pushing it back to the back of the store seemed really unnecessary

Waited 30 (literally) for one foot long sandwich. There were only about 5 people in front of me. I'll never go back. They have got to pick up the pace if they want people to wait for expensive sandwiches. I only stayed bc it was for a friend.

I order from here quite often and have never had a bad experience

The two workers behind counter had a huge attitude. Took them forever to take our order then was mad about doing it and just threw our order together horribly. We will not be going back!!

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and wanted everything like usual but instead got just chicken bacon and ranch. I tried to call multiple times but didn't get a answer. So I drove back to tell them my order was messed up. The girl behind the counter seemed to have a bad attitude. I didn't take the sandwich back I threw it in the trash and apparently they're the only ones that are supposed to do that so I guess that's where the attitude came from.

First off, the 2 stars is from daytime customer service only. The food is always great and their cookies are amazing. Everytime I've been at night, customer service is great. I went on Friday and there were three workers. One was busy on the register, another was making drive through orders, and the other was not busy. This woman took at least 2 minutes to ask what I wanted. I got a veggie sandwich, so she put the bread and cheese together, toasted it, then set it on the counter and then continued doing what she was doing before I walked in. She didn't say "She will be with you in a moment" or anything. The other woman was still busy with drive through orders and clearly had no spare time. I had to wait another five minutes for her to be done, while the older woman from before did the same thing to another customer. My friend went yesterday and had his order called in. He went up to the register, which they encourage if you called in. The same woman I had issues with before told him that he could wait in line just like everyone else. He did what she said and when he told the others he had called him, they told him he should've come up to the register instead of waiting.

This location is the finest Subwayi have ever been to. I've eaten at Subway consistently since 2000, and in most of the states. This store is always great. I drive out of my way to eat here.

Employees are so friendly and quick and organized. Was quite unfortuate that they get behind on keeping up with making sure they are baking enough bread. A few times they didn't have the kind I liked, it would have been a 20 minute wait because it was still on the oven. Also tables are frequently unclean and I'm stuck doing it myself.
