The lady who work here refuse to change her gloves after I ask her nicely to because I saw her just changed the trash! So since she wanted to waste my time trying argue me, I wasted her time by telling her I wanted everything on my sub! Including every meat and planing to pay extra for the meat because I know I get charge extra for it! She was so excited like she was gonna get all that money! After she finish and told me total I then leave! Ha! Employees and managers are rude!
It has been a long while since I have went to Subway. I was in the area, so I thought why not go for a sub. I ordered a foot long turkey sub on white bread with provolone (toasted), spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and green peppers. I requested no sauce or dressing because I would much rather have it that way. I was not too pleased with the overall quality of the meat and toppings. The bread tasted much lighter and seemed smaller than before. I originally wanted Swiss cheese; however, I was told that they do not carry Swiss cheese. The veggies tasted really bland; they had minimal flavor as if I only had lettuce on it. The customer service was good. I really do not have any complaints here. I was helped after seconds of waiting in line. My order was made quickly, and I was cashed out promptly.
Do not go to this location, me and another lady waited for 10 minutes to be served because the trash had to be taken out while they had customers in line. (Btw I never got to order) The area manager has the worst attitude and don’t even bother trying to contact anyone higher up the response I got just shows they could care less about the customers. Definitely take your business elsewhere.
Why does Subway even bother to be open in any Walmart? It's such a great idea, grab a bite to eat while shopping, but it's always a disaster. They never have adequate help, the place is a mess and the help they do have is stressed out trying to do too much. The rest of the help is just plain rude. They didn't even have napkins 🥺 Stay away!!!!!
Employee was rude , denied to serve because we ask her for change gloves and also tell us to leave store
I don’t eat meat that’s why I ordered a tuna sub And ask to change her gloves but she denied to change her gloves. Without change her gloves she making tuna sub & bacon sub together. After that I denied to get the sub.
i went last night to order a meatball sub and the bread looked old and the meatballs were frozen and the sauce and i will never order again from this location and only positive experience was getting my money back
Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter and nobody ever came. I called and let the phone ring 25 times and nobody ever answered, I ended up walking away without putting in an order. They lost an order but I’m sure nobody cares anyways.
