When i walked in? I felt great and the atmosphere was nice. The workers there made me feel like I was part of their family and I was eating in a nice safe environment. I know that if someone tried to break in and kill me these people would save me without a second thought. Overall 1/10.

Rude welcoming. Hard working Blue Collars on break cooling off after being topside at a customer for most of the morning. The white collared patrons who entered after us were immediately greeted, but we weren't and the poor treatment continued as we ordered our sandwiches. Attitude here is the direct result as to why it's so hard to pick up a broom and sweep the dining room. Simple observations after giving me a reason not to like this location.

Had lunch on Saturday and we dined inside. The restaurant was so dirty. The soda area was full of food and looks like it was not wiped down for weeks. The floor was also very dirty. A tent sign was up wet floor . A soda was spilled everywhere not moped up. 3 workers and no one could clean it up. I have left remarks before about the bread also it is always dry never fresh. Just disappointed as my grand daughter and I like subway.

Went for lunch one time a few months back, maybe around a year ago, myself and a couple other coworkers got sick. Coworkers have kept going there and we've narrowed down the item making us sick is the spinach. Sandwiches are decent otherwise, stay away from the spinach :)

Love the food despise the customer service. They need to teach the young ones how to treat their customers. They still treat us African American customers like we're aliens in the Sheboygan Falls Subway. There is too much playing around and kidding behind the counter. They we get 5 stars if they treated everyone more professionally.

I go here quite a bit during the lunch hour during the work week and I will no longer go here. I waited in line for 35 minutes today for my sandwich. They only had one person making sandwiches and one guy in the back not really doing anything it seemed. This subway seems way understaffed and needs to have at least 2-3 workers at the counter during lunch. There is consistently a long line at this place during the lunch hour. They have lost my business until they staff more people during this time.

Always have a positive experience when I go there after work. Very prompt, fast, and respectful. It's my favorite subway to go to. They also toast everything perfectly for my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich.

The guy working is super hard to understand when talking. He also wouldn’t listen to what I needed. Such as, what kind of cheese. I said pepper jack. He grabbed provolone. He asked if I wanted it toasted. I said no. He still put it on the toaster. When doing sauces, he would put bare minimum on the sub. When I asked for more, it was like pulling teeth to get mor sauce added. As my stuff was sitting on the counter, another customer walked in. Instead of putting my two subs, soup, napkins in a bag and checking me out, he began helping another customer while I waited. The other worker finally checked me out. When I got home I opened my soup. It was less than half full and nothing was said about not having enough. That place is going down hill fast.
