This place is really bad it nasty there is flys everywhere the bathroom are so nasty there is no soap and no toilet paper it looks like the floors have never been cleaned in awhile. Don't do online orders they make you think your order is ready and they don't have bread and you ask for you money back they said you have to do it online and there is no place. Never got my money back and I ordered 3 subs.and the person works there can't understand English.this place is going down hill. They are like the only one that doesn't take coupon's

Having only one employee work the entire store during the middle of lunch rush is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Whoever owns this subway needs to get it tf together.

Subway located in the Schagticoke shopping mall, provides a clean, well maintained, supplier of healthy diet choices at a reasonable cost. During a medical emergency on my part, they became more than a bystander and actively tried to address my needs with comfort, care and bags of ice to stem the flow of blood onto their floor and table area. Surely this shows a vital part of our society that only can help improve the common onlooker response. Great people making their way into our lives are welcome.

First time here, Austin was so polite, attentive and constantly busy keeping this restaurant super clean and sanitary. All the sandwich ingredients displayed were fresh and separated. You could eat of the floors and I felt obligated to pick up every crumb I dropped. Good employees who aren’t on their phones and stay busy working are a rare commodity. He’s a keeper!

The side of the plaza makes for an easy in and out to the sub shop. I've had good experience the last 5 times I stopped. The ladies working here are friendly and accommodating. They did a great job on each sub I've ordered.

The store was so clean and staff was extremely pleasant. I didn’t catch his name. But the new guy was very friendly. He will make a great addition to the team

100% recommended very clean and Fresh food

Since the new ownership I've gotten flatbread with mold on it, none of the workers know what "little bit of lettuce" means, they think little means pile up 2 hand fulls. Also hours state it's open until 10pm yet I've gone there three times and they were closed at 9. Must be because they aren't getting any business so they don't stay open late. Sell the store to someone who will actually care about the people who eat there and not just con us out of our money with crappy old food so they can send our money to their families over seas. Bring back the old owners or improve your quality of food and service! Not going here again.
