I'm not usually a person to leave a review but I think this deserves it. The customer service was terrible. The women had us wear masks which was fine but when my brother left to go get his mask she talked about him to other customers right in front of me. The women wasn't even wearing her mask right. Once she got to us after a huge wait she started making our order and in the middle of it a online order came through and stopped our order to fill the online. The women claimed that it was protocol to fill the online orders as they come in even if there's someone in the store. She was working alone but the line in the store was long and she was working VERY slow. She was VERY rude and I don't feel it's right to stop in the middle of a face to face order to start a online order. I understand online orders are important but I feel if a person is so worried about their order that they'd come in to give their order. They already have to enter the store to pick it up. What's the inconvenience or waiting like everyone else. A horrible experience. I 100% DO NOT recommend going to this subway.
The food here was okay. Didn't seem super sanitary though. The problem was how rude the workers were. I went in today and the worker was basically shooing me away from ordering. Everytime she would see me waiting she would just proceed to tell me she was busy even though nobody was in front of me in line. She also kept telling me it would be longer and longer until eventually I left. It started with her saying it would be another 10 minutes before she could help me. Then 5 minutes later it was 15 minutes. 2 minutes later it was 20 then. Definitely not a place to grab a quick lunch for work. Either hire some more people who actually care about working or train them better. Highly dissatisfied and will not be returning
I was a bit annoyed that the manager was walking around on her speaker phone. Acting way to busy for everyone. That's the bad. But the good, Casey. She is a pure sandwich artist. Nailed everything to perfection. My biggest pet peeve is when they smash the bread. I hate sandwich smashers. Not Casey though, she kept that bread as fluffy as my towels after buying the good good laundry sauce. Hat, or visor, off to you Casey. Well done.
Not the best visit. There was one lady working VERY hard. She had to fill a couple of online orders while the instore line backed up. Eventually another young lady came to help, but not until there were more than 6 people waiting... we got in line at 1:02 and didn't get our sandwiches until 1:20. There are several sit down restaurants in the area that we could have chosen for that price and that wait.... that all being said, it might have been the best sandwich I have had!!!!
I just went in there at 1o’clock on a Wednesday and there was one person in front of me in line and I was told by the lady that she’s not gonna make me a sandwich and she’s not excepting my order. And as I’m leaving she follows me outside and then sits on a bench to smoke. She wouldn’t serve me because she wanted to go on her break. Apparently the owner of the subway does not care how their employees treat customers.
I come here relatively often and it's never been short of a great experience. The staff is friendly and the subs taste good! One morning I came in just as they were opening and even though I didn't mind the wait, the woman behind the counter was so kind and made a top notch sub. If you want to try something great, get a footlong steak and cheese on white flatbread with provolone and parmesan cheese and onion. Have it all toasted together. Tastes awesome 👌
I'd give it zero stars if I could. Horrible service, warm food always cold by the time we get 3 sandwiches made. Today I was overcharged by the rudest counter girl Ive ever come across. She THREW my change at me! I will never set foot in there again.
Easy to find and convenient to the highway. The staff were very helpful and kind. Good food and a clean environment. Great for easy but healthy food on a road trip.
