The sandwich artist was proficient, knowledgeable, and answered all questions I had professionally.

Thusbis for subway on California Street in ruston, la. Went to drive thru to order. No one came on speaker to get order. Waited about 10 minutes and drove around to window. There were two ladies in there working. They turned and saw me sitting at window but never came over to acknowledge me. No one was working the drive thru and they were ignoring us. Both girls saw me but didnt come to window. Another car was at drive thru speaker and they didn't do anything. Looked like might have had customers inside but thats no excuse to ignore people. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one, no one ever waved, came to window and said just a minute....nothing. thats just downright rude and lazy. I just wanted one sandwich. Not good service at all and I dont see how this business will last like that.

Went here last night 3/7/23. I walked in, the lady asked me what type of sandwich I wanted, she cut my bread, warmed my meat, and when she got ready to assemble my sandwich, she tells me they’re out of Mayo! So ridiculous!

The girl that was work on Jan 15 at 4pm was rude throwing the bread down hard on the cutting bord. I understand that people have bad days but customer service is not the place to do that call in take a break but being rude is not the answer.

This was the absolute worst food I have ever gotten from a Subway in my entire 28 years of living. Me and my partner went to Subway yesterday (05-14-20) and proceeded to order a sandwich and a wrap. I ordered a wrap that had guacamole that was rancid and turning brown, the tortilla tasted and felt like it had been sitting in a refrigerator uncovered for at least a week and the entire wrap had a half of a slice of cheese on it total. My partners sandwich was supposed to be toasted. It wasnt. As a result of that, it had the texture of a piece of a foam insert for a bed. If not for the bad experience with the food, the vomiting from eating a bite of the wrap will keep me from ever going here again so long as I reside within this state and I recommend any who reads this to avoid it as well. Also before you ask, no we did not go back to get the wrap or sandwich fixed because we truly should not have to. If you cannot serve food that is safe to consume then maybe you need the health department to knock on your door.

Food is usually great, but manager Stacy was not wearing her mask properly!! Both mouth and nose uncovered, very concerning since we're in the middle of a global pandemic.

Subway is the way to go if you want a healthy sandwich at a decent price especially if you have the subway app. You can still get a 5 dollar footling by using the app. The resteraunt is super clean as are the restrooms and parking lot. The employees are fast and friendly sandwich artist and are always on point with your order. They are really good at what they do here and they deserve 5 stars.

Its a subway easy parking for bigger trucks with trailers
