The worst Subway ever...ordered phillysteak sliders...more bread than meat see picture, that is two sliders opened up😳 The employee should not be talking on the phone especially when waiting on customers! ...she was the only employee there...slow service...i will not revisit this Subway!
I bought a 12" Carved turkey sub. The young lady was very generous with the toppings. I will definitely visit this location again.
Excellent welcome and second to none customer service ☺️. This location exercises the law written protocols for Covid-19 and is very clean inside. Thank you for the opportunity to order a fresh spinach wrap with Turkey breast, lettuce, and cucumber from this location!!! I hope to come back here whenever I am in the area!!!
The associate I dealt with was fine, the food was fine, the reason I only gave it 2 stars is because of the location. It seems dingy and ghetto. There were printed pictures on the window of ppl that had apparently stolen chips and walked out. Not a good environment.
Came in with 8 people. Restaurant was dirty, employees were both outside smoking, employees had their kids there. The little girl (employees daughter) was playing music annoying customers that asked her to turn it off repeatedly. She purposely kept turning up the music and annoying. Did not feel welcome at all. They also ran out of white bread.
When you ask a customer what they want your pose to listen. I wanted my bacon toasted not microwaved. I stated toasted and the owner microwaved it anyways.
You can definitely tell that subway is suffering. The veggies seem like they have been there longer, not necessary bad just older. As in for service, employees have always been pleasant.
I've been here multiple times. Everytime I had gone here, I could not understand the workers and the sandwiches were not even presentable. The employees just throw all the fixings onto the bread like they don't care. I also notice employees are behind the counter, sitting on a chair texting or playing games on their phones. I don't know if they were on their break or not, they were on their phone in plain sight of the customer. This place sucks!!! I would not recommend anyone go to this Subway EVER! I will go to the Taylor Retail Center Shopping Center Subway from now on (near Belle Tire and Verizon on South side of Eureka around Pardee Rd).
