Waited 17 minutes in the drive through WITH ONLY ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. Why have a drive through if it takes you 10 min per car? There were only a few customers in the store as well. On top of that, my sandwich tasted funny and the cookies were rock hard. When paying, they even did the whole “the card reader is going to ask you one question”, referring to the tip option. Did they really think I would add a tip after waiting 17 minutes for them to serve two people?!?

This morning, I Ordered a box of roast beef sandwiches, 1 salad with specifics on it, a dozen cookies and a dozen bags of chips for a meeting. I showed up at lunchtime and the manager had my subway bag in hand ready to go! The order was perfect! Great job! Thank you!

So freaking slow. Like unbelievably so. Staff is super friendly (seemingly anyway) but I sat in the drive through for over ten minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches that weren't even made orrectly. I ordered the Monsters and neither one of them had bacon. I was the only customer. There wasn't even a line inside or anything. I was never asked if I wanted any other vegetables or seasonimgs after toasting, nothing. Every time I have come here my order has been wrong and the service has been slow. Once or twice is an honest mistake, but every single time is something else entirely. And half the time you go in, you have one employee working super hard and doing everything while the rest stand around doing nothing. Seriously. How does this store even pass its audits?? Sandwiches have to be made in 2 minutes or less and that includes toasting time...

Slowest. Business. Alive. We’re still in the drive-thru and have been for 30 minutes. There was only one car in front of us when we got here!! We watched them hand out their order.. it was 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and 3 bags of chips. It shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to make that. We’ve watched whole families come and go in and out for the last 30 minutes. There are 4 workers inside and 3 of them aren’t doing anything.. I get that it takes some time to make sandwiches and toast them… it shouldn’t take over 30 minutes for two cars. Ridiculous service. Update: we’re finally out of the drive-thru… it took an hour by the time we were done. I know this because we are running late to Palisades now. So thanks Subway so much for your quick service 👍🏼 Update #2: they made my sandwich wrong. So I waited an hour for a soggy sandwich that was made wrong.

Okay so about the only thing these places got going for them is their customer service fresh foods and willing to make their this Subway is the worst I have ever they literally looked at me and said I'm sorry that our online ordering is down but we don't have a way to give you your discount as a prior management I find this repulsive it was close to closing and they simply didn't want to do their job. Hire new. Management

I worked at subway for about 3 months it was my first job. The manager is very kind and she is trying her best but the work environment was absolutely awful. The older employees would always put off work for newer ones to do especially dishes. Me and another girl we are only 16 and 17 and we would have to close the whole store by ourselves and not to mention i would be going home at around 12 or 1 in the morning. Having three kids manage a store from 4:30 til close is not very professional. And staying til 1 or 12 in the morning is just not acceptable. Iv gotten a new job and there is always a manager there or at least an adult. It was an awful experience the stress was too much. i would not recommend working there. We were also way understaffed just a bad place to work at in general

I hate this place. There could be 5 or 6 people working (that I can see) and maybe one will be making sandwiches. Very very slowly. I wish instead of getting new tables they would pay their staff more to give better service. Does the owner have any focus on customer service or read any reviews? Worst Subway ever.
