The manager has no customer service skills and is very rude. I walked up to the counter and let her know I wanted to buy cookies and she said okay but continued doing what she was doing which was fine but I just kept standing they for a while and she asks is there something I can do for you so I tell her again I'm just trying to get some cookies which would have taken less time to do then her having me stand there and wait till she was done taking bread out of the sleeves. She then tells me "I know I heard you but I'm doing this right now" with an ugly attitude. I said you know what nevermind, and shes like "what you need them immediately!" Her whole demeanour was inexcusable.

Their new menu is more varied and their prices are competitive with Arbys of which I'm more familiar. To be fair I only had a 6" sandwich meal selection. I like the choices of veggies and type of breads in having it made the way you like it.

I'm a senior citizen and was terribly surprised that this Subway will not accept cash. Who does that? It is a new. trend apparently. I'm not too sure if that's a good thing. Guess I prefer the old ways. This new stuf. Is unbelievable.

Horrible experience at this Subway. I used to prefer this one. It always had good fresh bread and sandwiches were made well. The customer service was awful. They only had white and wheat bread which I asked why they didn't tell me before I ordered and got no answer. They have you pay before they make the sandwich. I believe the worker just didn't like her job or care one bit about how she made our sandwiches. She squished the bread so flat and was irritated with even helping us.

First time coming here and we won't be back. It's Sunday lunch time and they only have one person working. I get she was completely overwhelmed but I don't think customers deserve attitudes especially when we patiently waited. We didn't get a friendly welcome and got attitude the whole time. You'd think during lunch rush and dinner rush you would have more than one person working.

The sandwiches are usually good, it's the service and atmosphere that really needs improvement. This time it was the fact they had no bread baked, last time they had only 2 people working and it was the first of the month when they put out the coupons. Management really needs to be trained or whoever is running the business.

The lobby was very clean the first time I went but the lettuce was slimey and brownish . So I had to take my wife to get food someplace else. Second time we went they closed early by 20 minutes and ignored us .

They're getting really bad about how much vegetables they will put on your sandwich now but the sandwiches are really good
