Ordered online. Asked for the subs to be toasted . They left the order outside of Subway in the Walmart foyer. Got them home they were NOT toasted gross cold sub.I’m surprised because they are usually good at this location.
The ladies that was making my order was great and had awesome customer services
My husband was having his sub made. There were no onions and he asked if they had any more. He was told nope. While we were eating, he walked into the back, pulled a tub of onions, and replaced the other one. They no longer cut up the salad, but instead piled it tightly in the bowl, which made eating there impossible to mix up. I asked for a knife. He looked at me like crazy. Huge tomato slices, but unable to cut it up. No customer concern or consideration. I won’t be back.
This is the CLEANEST Subway I've ever been too. Every time I eat at this location it is always so neat and clean. No flies trying to land on the food behind the glass, lettuce isn't thrown everywhere. These ladies know what sanitary means. Keep up the great work! Y'all should be proud.
Is corporate counting pickles or something? I use to be able to put “please put extra pickles” and would get literally a handful (which is what I wanted) but the last 3 times I’ve ordered, I’ve put extra pickles and gotten like 6
Website says closes at 10pm went in at 940 and was told we are closed. Lady in line said well that explains why you were rude to me.
Food is great, very friendly staff, but the FLIES are a problem. So keep a guard on your sammie in the making, if it goes untended for more than a few seconds, a fly will hover, and will land. I was reaching over the counter from the customer side to shoo flies. Gross.
Didnt like how they made my subs. Also the fact that they state they are closed when their sign clearly says they close at 9. Plus the old lady was rude. I hope coorporate can fix that .
