Drive thru Brooke was throwing chips, cookie and my other items to go with salad at window area. She opened it to grab card, no hello hi or anything. The salad was literally lettuce for $13 that was absolutely terrible service & I won’t be back. Just always crabby people. No thanks! Didn’t even finish my salad that normally other places were at least good enough to finish.

Building could stand some cleaning/updating, but I've always had good food, standard subway, served by friendly staff. I go somewhat regularly.

Came here an hour before closing. Ordered via drive thru kiosk and sat at the window for almost 10 min. There was no staff present, even though I saw there were customers. Finally 2 young men emerged from the back and hastily served everyone. Sandwich turned out great and I think they added extra meat for the wait, because it was definitely thicker than I usually get it. So overall experience was good.

There was nobody else at this subway when I ordered (with the touchscreen drivethru menu) a Toasted spicy Italian, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, banana peppers, mayo, oil, and vinegar. Made sure everything was correct on the touchscreen. What I got from the two young guys working there was a non-toasted and cold spicy Italian, with American cheese instead of pepper jack, no mayo, no oil, and no vinegar. They got the lettuce and banana peppers right, but I guess they thought I needed to branch out of my comfort zone and try something new, because they also added onions and pickles to my sub..? As I used to work in the fast food industry for years, I'm not sure how or why it's so hard to read an order off a screen when the store is completely dead at the time. I never review anything, but this was just too bad not to.

They have improved 1000% at this subway. Used to be long wait poor service by young folks who could care less. Now has changed. 1st when you order thru drive thru its on a touch screen so it goes faster. It was east to use. And helped line moved faster as when you got to window all you had to do was pay. Slick! Service was fast and personable and thr sandwiches were correct and well made.

My daughter and I pulled in through the drive through. Ordered our food with the touch screen. When we arrived at the counter, the service was slow. When our food finally arrive, we started pull away and a spider came out of the food wrapper. We pulled back around to the drive through, shared our complaint. 10 minutes later after pounding on the glass door to get attention, someone finally came out and said a refund would be posted on my credit card. No apologies, no compensation. Three days later, no refund. I called the store and was told the manager would call me. It is now a week later and the refund still has not posted to my card and I have still not heard anything from the store.

This place needs to close down. They have horrible employees and horrible food & service. I used to go here all the time and it is gross now. Last time they used a microwave to heat my food. This time there was a hair in my sandwich and they forgot to put ham on it. Apparently reading is too hard too.

I normally don't give places negative reviews unless my experience is consistently bad or I have one extremely terrible experience. In this case, it's because I always have a less than stellar experience here. It is never terribly busy when I go, but there are usually a few people in line. That being said, it takes me 20+ minutes every time I go there and some of the staff are pretty rude, including who I believe is the manager. The other day he was yelling at the staff while customers stood waiting for their food. It seems petty, but they always seem to be out of their Arnold Palmer mix (lemonade and iced tea). I choose this as a low calorie substitute for soda. I would drink regular iced tea if they had it. Whenever they run out, they just don't bother making more. Today I went through the drive through which took 25 minutes and the door to the dumpster was swinging in the wind and almost hit the back of my car. A kid in the car behind me got out, closed and latched it...
