DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. THE LAST TIME I ORDERED DELIVERY FROM HERE, THEY DID NOT SEND HALF OF MY ORDER THEN TOLD ME I HAD TO PICK UP ITEMS THEY FORGOT TO DELIVER. HELL NO! DOUBLE CHECK ORDERS IDIOTS, BEFORE THEY GET SENT OUT. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would have given minus 5 on service if I could have.
So glad to get fresh bread today. It made the sandwich complete. Very well built sandwich also.
Tried to call and explain but person was apparently deaf to what i was saying. Incompetence!!!
Poor service. The girl aliyah working smooth walked out in the middle of making my food leaving one employee by herself and caused it to take more time to get my food. She came back about 5 minutes later with food in her hands. She wasn’t worried about my food. Just her own. Seems like someone wouldn’t just walk out without saying anything. I thought she quit till she came back. And still didn’t finish my food
Never have problems and ordering through the Subway app is so nice. Bread is usually fresh and toppings are always good! Order is ready to go when you get there and you just pick up. Thank you!
Tired of getting stale bread here. They’re really bad about not following protocol of using or throwing out yesterday’s bread by 11am… Once again today, I ordered bread at 4-5 pm and it was hard and gross.
Always take the kids here when I'm that way. Place is always clean and organized. It was "super" busy today (4 people😁) and was still in and out in a flash. Never complain if you want more of the add ons.
Food is fine if you go in and order but don't try ordering online. We try to eat there at lunchtime and send our order in online as we usually have 5 or 6 orders. This not only makes it easier for the runner picking up everyone's lunch, but you would think it would make it easier for Subway not to have one person in line placing six separate orders and holding up the line. Apparently this is not the case. They have one woman working there that refuses to fill our online orders until we get there to pick it up, regardless of how much time we allow them to fill the order, and regardless of the fact that our order was paid for online. Her excuse is that in store customers take precedence. This does not excuse her intentionally screwing up our order EVERY time because she does not like to do online orders. Her own boss told us that her lousy attitude is the reason she has never been made manager even though she has been working there 20 years.
