Me and my friend came here without a ride or a way to get around just waking and we were both freezing. When we walked in a very nice worker asked if we are ok because we were so cold, she ended up giving us 2 Reece’s each and gave us free cookies that she paid for to get us. Love this place so much including the amazing workers! This girl deserves a raise and will come back 5 times a week now!!!

Sweetest lady ever she took time out her day to buy me two free cookies with her own money. She’s the sweetest person ever and every time my friend and I come in she greats us with the best attitude ever. She deserves a raise

Don't go to this subway. Went in at 1:30 yesterday and the lady working greeted me with a Noooooooo and rolled her eyes. Only 2 guys in line ahead of me. She was absolutely rude to the gentleman that had hearing aids in both ears and could not understand what she was saying. Then two more older people came in and she greeted them with where are all you people coming from!!?? I spoke up and said well it is a place people come to eat and got out of line and left and she yelled YES happy that she had one less person to wait on. No one is making you work they need new staff!! Just be kind people!!

An overworked employee helped me with my order and did so perfectly. He was all alone up front and I don't know if he had another employee on the way or in the back, etc... 3 customers came in at the same time, we all had multiple sandwich orders. He kept a good attitude the entire time, joking and smiling. Will definitely visit again but I hope staffing is improved for dinner rushes.

Coworker and I came here for lunch today. There was one female working the lunch shift. She had a sign out that said she was the only person working and the sign asked customers to patient with her and the order would "get done". During our ordering process, the employee had a very bad attitude; she rolled her eyes at my co-worker at one point, I had to ask her to put salt on my sandwich 3 times because each time she'd sigh and do one quick turn of the granulator over the middle of the sandwich and never touch the ends, and overall the whole experience was just not very good. I don't know if that girl was just having an off day or felt overwhelmed in her role or what, but I don't think we'll be returning to this establishment anytime soon.

Won’t be going back, ordered a foot long and some chips. They forgot the cheese didn’t toast or follow added instructions. Literally paid 11.50 just to have to disassemble and reassemble my sandwich after I went back in.Place was completely dead so it didn’t seem like they were in a rush atm.

They burnt my tuna sandwich. How is that even possible? I walked in to pick up my to go order and the entire place reeked like there had just been a fire. One employee working, as usual. When I got home my sandwich was inedible because it tasted so smoky and gross. Oh, there was also bacon in it and I can't eat pork. I have been trying to support restaurants during the Covid crisis and order takeout when I can but I just have to complain about this. They 👏 burnt 👏 my 👏 TUNA?!?! Called to ask for a credit and manager literally laughed at me. Not cool.

Went inside and waited for several minutes at the counter. There were 2 people there and they never helped or said a word to me except when I asked if they were open they said yes. Eventually I just walked out because no one helped me and it was a very awkward experience. Never going back here for sure. How this place stays open is beyond me.
