My husband went thru the drive way to get himself a sandwich after work, he got to the intercom mind you I'm on the phone with him the whole time, he gets the how are you doing please wait, after about 10 or so minutes of waiting my husband said something and the guy came back over the speaker asked him to wait again, then he must have waited for about 15-20 mins and finally said I'm leaving. I'm not sure how many workers you have but honestly you should hire more. Your workers customer service skills also need to be picked up cause when it came up to the 20 range he tried talking to them again and the guy never answered him anymore just completely ignored him over the intercom. I have worked as a manager over the years and have never seen this type of customer service so bad. 🙄

I decided to have subway for lunch today. I ask do they take coupons. She said yes,but you can only get the ones they didn't list on the coupon. Ok that's fine. Can I get the All American Club. She said no because it has bacon on it. I did not argue but it don't say no sub with bacon. Also they don't take the coupon for free 🍪. This subway just makes up there own rules and don't honor the subway coupons.

I went into this restaurant on my lunch break, there was two people working and they was helping a group of 3 people. When I initially walked in the young lady said her greeting and I patiently waited until they was done helping the group in front of me. Through out the time of helping them she kept looking at me, in a way to acknowledge that.. "I'll get to you as soon as I can". So a gentlemen came in after me, she said her greeting to him. He stepped to the back to look at the menu to show that he wasn't in line. When they finished with the group, instead of her come to me next she looked at me AGAIN and then asked the gentlemen what he wanted to order. Now at the time, I'm like okay... lets see if this customer is gonna be a gentlemen and speak up and say something .. BUT OF COURSE NOT... so she begins to take his order..so I RESPECTFULLY say out loud.. um is anyone gonna take my order since I've BEEN standing here? The other worker comes to help me with my order, while she continues to make the other customer order. So now my meal is at the point for the condiments to be put on and that's the station she is at..does she proceed to help me? NOPE..she is toasting the chicken to put on the other guy salad and she just standing there.. looking at me again...SO I give her this look like... umm part of your job is to multitask.. so while his chicken is baking help the next person..so she caught by vibe and started helping me with my food FINALLY... I come here a lot and the fact that you pick and choose who your gonna help show poor customer service skills... I mean I don't bite.. lol I just wanted the same since of urgency that I've seen displayed while standing there waiting my turn for the last 15mins.

Horrible experience! Pulled up to the window at 9:30 and the worker slammed open the window and my husband asked how it was going and he said "not good man you know we close in 20 minutes" yes they may close at 10 but my husband didn't get off until 8:30 and didn't get home until 9 to pick us up. He works from 7 am until 8 pm and I work from home from 9am to 6pm and take care of 4 kids so getting back to work after being off for Christmas was hectic and I didn't want to cook another meal today. We wanted to order 5 sandwiches all the same thing which was the subway melt and he said they don't do them the machine is broken and then asked us if we ment the melt with Ham, Bacon, Turkey, and cheese so we said yes because that's what the Subway melt is and then asked us if we wanted it toasted so I'm not sure what machine is broken to where they can't do the Subway Melt. Then when we go to pay he snatched my husband's card out of his hand and my husband said thank you and he slammed the window in his face.

This location always has help issues. They can't keep help. But if you go on less busy times, it's fine. Everything is fresh.

Ask for spicy Italian on wheat. They have no lettuce no bell peppers. They do not give me wheat then the large coke zero I was gonna sip on all day at work was pure carbonation. Deffinetly not going back. Get these fountain drinks correct they are not cheap.

I think the assistant manager on duty may have been losing her mind, because she verbally told us she was losing her mind! She was the only one there with a line of 10 people, because her co-worker grabbed her own food and left. This place just keeps getting worse with every visit. The sandwiches were delicious, only because I asked for fresh ingredients because there was NOTHING fresh, the cucumbers looked as if they had been there for days. This place needs management, and not the type to tell customers they are losing it on the job.

The staff is nice but the manager is a jerk to them in front of customers it makes it really awkward! You could tell the guy making my sandwich was new and nervous around the manager. I understand he wants things done right but there is a time and a place to talk to your employees while they're making a sandwich two feet in front of a customer is not the time to reprimand someone!
