I was confronted by a rude store employee tonight and it ruined my evening. The store was scheduled to close at 9 pm. We arrived at 8:40 p.m. to get sandwiches for the next morning (to take to work), and the door was locked. Two employees who made eye contact with me and other customers ducked and hid from us. Three patient customers were standing at the door waiting for someone, anyone to come. Finally another employee shows up, takes several minutes to unlock the door, and then tells us the store is closed. "We close early so we can leave at 9 o'clock." We asked about her being the manager and she said no. She again reminded us of closing early. That would make sense if there were no clients, but in this case there were three of us ready to to get our meal. The bread, meat, and vegetables were still out. The open sign was still on. When we asked her about serving us, she blocked the door and refused us service. So we left and grabbed some ice cream. Heading back to our car at 9:15 that employee was still at the counter, texting. And she hid from us too. This store is not my first preference and after tonight's rude treatment I am crossing this store off my list for good.
Both the website and the sign posted in the window say that they close at 9. I got there just before 8:30. The Open sign was off, garbage was piled in front of the door, and the employee inside looked to be closing down the register. She looked up and saw me, and then looked away without any acknowledgement at all. Extremely unprofessional.
Good place. Feels small but it's never crowded. Great staff reasonable and also it's all it is just a standard Subway restaurant can't complain.
The store is open from 9 AM- 9 PM everyday of the week right? Cause I arrived at this subway at 8:25 and she’s gonna tell me they’re closed. If you close at 8:30 to shut down and clean up then that’s what your website and signs need to say. Tf
Clean, friendly staff, veggies looked nice and fresh. Tuna sandwich was good only drawback was burnt bread.
The sandwich was great the only thing was missing was the cucumbers they were waiting on shipment
The staff is constantly changed but they are always hiring friendly and curteous.
I love a good foot long and this place makes a great sandwich
