Skimpy sub not impressed and definitely not visiting this location again I wand all the vegetables except tomatoes and qucumber...what is this !?

The new management here is wonderful. Stephanie is a great and she was able to help me with an issue I had with a past order that was handled incorrectly and she was very friendly and respectful. The staff seems to be new as well, but this place is getting back to be the friendly neighborhood subway it once was. Thank you guys for your hard work!

Had a really rough day yesterday. The two older ladies gave me and my s/o the best Subway subs I've had. Very fresh, very delicious. It was around the evening, and it was a great way to end the day. Little things like this go a long way. Thank you ladies.

Lazy people not wanting to do any work and are rude rushing people out of the drive through I was so upset with this subway. How are you 24 hours and out of everything ! You should be out of business then or close down the store!

Sub was good, however, the ordertaker did not listen to my full instructions, so my sandwich was missing somethings. Nevertheless, it was a very tasty sandwich.

I'm a regular at this location and in the past 2 weeks on more than one occasion picking up my online order I wasn't greeted with hello, be right with you, or remotely acknowledged by either the sandwich maker nor the lady walking from the back to the front counter where I stood for 10 mins starring at my paid for, prepared sandwiches just sitting there. I wanted to just help myself to my sandwiches but calmly waited for service. I'm usually a decent tipper (20%), but I don't tip these folks anymore, no way. If this is the type of service you provide. I'm a fair guy, all someone has to do is acknowledge and I'll wait patiently but I'm beginning to think I'm invisible. I would even more understand if only one person was working, but there have always been at least 2. It's funny how so many individuals in this industry complain about poor wages yet they have an opportunity to make so much more with just basic customer service... not even outstanding service, just basic. They do a decent job with sandwich making, no complaints there.

Poorly managed - I went to this location twice in the last couple months. Once they couldn't take my order in the drive- thru due to being under staffed and the second time they were out of the meat I wanted for my sandwiches. I've learned my lesson and won't be back to this location again. This used to be a great store, idk what's happened recently.

Horrible experience!! Beware of this place when paying. I just ordered 2 half sandwiches. First one: Meatball and provolone cheese in Italian bread, lays classic and drink. Second one: a simple turkey and cheese sandwich with lettuce, salt, pepper and olive oil with a drink. I was so distracted and hungry that I just paid the almost $30 I was asked to pay and then realized WTH. There is no way that 2 half sandwiches would cost almost 30 bucks. So I went back inside the drive through and asked “Andrea” the lady that charged me to provide me with my receipt and she was very much chocked and surprised to see me again and said she threw it in the trash. Me knowing very well no other cars went through the drive through after me because it is almost 2 AM. I then proceed to explain things to her and ask her how did she come up with the amount she charged me and she said she did not know and to go back during the day and talk to the manager.
