clean store and clean bathrooms, but that’s not what I’m here for. those new subway series sandwiches go unnecessarily dummy hard i got one of those clubs and gobbled that sob in the parking lot with no mercy

This is about the third time I've ordered from this store and almost each time I've gotten less than expected of the veggies, the sandwich is pathetic. This last one was the last straw, I decided to post a review. I always order veggie or veggie patty ones as I'm vegetarian, since veggies are free to get extra there are certain ones I'll order 2x the amount. As shown in the picture, this is NOT 2x the veggies, this is in fact 1/2 the veggies. They probably do not read the online orders correctly, because I did ask it to be cut in 3 pieces as I'd be sharing with a kid. It was not. They were not rushed either because there was not a soul in the store. The only upside is the employee was nice.

I tried “The Outlaw” sub. It was really good. The restaurant is clean and all the food was fresh. The young man working was so kind and has the best customer service skills. I will come back if I’m in the area again. Keep up the good work. 10/1/22 at 10am

The manger was very rude disrespectful. Food wasn’t even fully stocked up. Attitude of the manger beyond ridiculous. Worst subway hands down as far customer service. Owner should be a shame hire those who want to work please and thank you

Despicable service from "Shy" and her unnamed trainee who attempted to cash me out before finishing my sandwich. "We always do it like that" was her response when I made the mistake of questioning her. She called her Mgr or someone, as she repeatedly refused to give me Mgr's name or number. All I did was attempt to give these two a simple lesson in customer service, to which triggered her attitude. This store manager needs to contact me ASAP. I've never been treated with such disrespect at a Subway in my life!

Terrible! I waited in line for over 10 minutes (yes I timed it) and there were only two people in line ahead of me, one of them being served! The employee, if you can call him that, was slow, confused and didn't seem to even be trying. At one point he left the floor and went into the back while in the middle of making a sub. At that point I left, so I can't comment on the food. The Wendy's across the parking lot however, was prompt and luckily for me I was able to get lunch there before going back to work.

Terrible customer service. They don't have a phone and apparently their mobile system was down. Not a great experience with manager Lisa.

Love this place, they never disappoint. But I’ve noticed some newbies and that’s ok. But TWICE now I’ve gotten food poisoning in the last 2months. I’m a glutton for punishment I suppose. But just try to remember when and date your ingredients kids. Love y’all
