Best subway in America!!! Staff is friendly and super allergy conscious. New, clean knives are used on every sandwich (traditional subways reuse knives). I will be so sad when I leave Michigan and won’t have this subway anymore. I’ve always thought subway was fine, nothing special, but this subway is extraordinary. I wish I could remember the girls name from my last visit but her and AJ are phenomenal
Not sure what his name was but he was working may 12th around 11 and has some tattoos and I gotta say he deserves a raise!!! Had my sub made very fast, took him about 2 minutes and he made my day with his kind words and he gave everyone a compliment that came into subway I noticed as I sat down and was eating. You never know what someone’s going through and this man is definitely a bright positive vibe to this world and to people he speaks to. Keep it up man!!
AJ at this Subway is the best! I choose going to this Subway over all other Subways in the area because he is always there, is so nice, and always makes the best sandwiches. He deserves a raise!!
Asked for a pizza two nights in a row and was told they already cleaned the tray and didn’t want to make it
Really? $46 for 2 foot long sandwiches to be delivered? I could go the store, buy all of the ingredients and make at least 6 for that price.
Was there at 11:00 am August 1st 2022 and was helped by a younger woman with dark hair in a bun.... I work long hours in the food industry and I am ALWAYS kind to my customers no matter the time, how many people are staffed, or how many customers are in line. I am always kind when I am a customer myself too because I know firsthand how it can be. I experienced horrible customer service. The lady making my sandwich was rude, not happy, and clearly lazy because it was not busy but she couldn't handle making a couple sandwiches. When it came time to put the dressing on my sandwich she proceeded to put so much extra dressing on it, it seemed for sure she was trying to ruin my sandwich. And she did. Thanks. I never asked for extra.. infact I asked for light.. To the girl who made my food at the Walmart subway today, if you ever see this.. quit your job now because you are not cut out for the service industry period. Pretty sad if that was overwhelming for you .
We ate here shortly after noon on Sunday, September 11, 2022. After a weekend of eating at Petosky’s highest-end restaurants, the staff here took the prize for best service of the weekend. Extremely friendly, prompt, and helpful. We could not be happier with our experience.
I went in here with my baby daughter when we got stranded in town overnight because of the blizzard, and my daughter was hungry and irritated. I sat down to feed her a bottle and snack while I waited for my friend to meet me there so we could order dinner together. But while I was waiting I went up to the counter to ask for a straw so my daughter could drink some water out of my water bottle and the one younger female worker (not sure on name) gave a rude irritated look and snatched up a straw and thrust it towards me without saying a word. Obviously annoyed at me for sitting in the back booth with my baby without ordering anything yet (and let me add EVERY TABLE WAS EMPTY EXCEPT FOR ONE IN HERE AT THE TIME) and she walked away before I could try to explain to her I was waiting for a friend. But when my friend came and I went up to order, the two workers were in the back and wouldn't come up to the counter. I waited and waited but was ignored. I couldn't wait any longer though because of my baby, and finally left. Will not be ordering food from here ever again. Or ever in general. Sad how people treat people nowadays.
