The food was good. But the guy making my sub was rude. And I get it, I have bad days too, but you don't take it out on the customer. All of that would have been fine, if it wasn't a half hour wait time. There were only two ppl in front of me, it should've never taken nearly that long. Will never go to this location again.
Very disappointed..I visit this location quite often being a resident of peshtigo and usually get good service..I ordered a 6 inch pizza sub that was toasted for barely 10 secs and got a total of 5 black olives and 4 green pepper pieces for veggies and minimal cheese and sauce..i understand times are tight right now but seriously? My server was Anthony, he was very impersonal..I probably won't be back for a while if ever

I'm a tuna sub eater and a picky one. This one and one other do a great job at making the tuna spread and the sandwiches. Kudos to the staff.
I received very poor customer service at this subway location tonight. I frequent this and other subways and always order the same sandwich without a problem. Tonight I asked the worker, Anthony, for a spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese and I asked him to put pizza sauce on it. He immediately responded with “it’s marinara sauce not pizza sauce.” I was so taken aback I almost walked out. If I didn’t have my hungry daughter with me I would have. I came here to order dinner, not to be harassed about verbiage by some young kid with subpar interpersonal communication skills. I had also asked him to warm up my sub, not toast it, and he just set it aside and didn’t do anything with it, as though by adding sauce that made it automatically warm or something. I don’t think I will be returning here again, unfortunately.
I order and get shredded mozzarella. A little finger amount. The last Subway I went to had it in premeasured cups. There is a big difference between the amount weighed and premeasured with the little finger sprinkle. I asked for the measured amount and the boy told me it would cost more. Not going back to Peshtigo Subway.. Ever!
So, just went into Peshtigo subway. I was waiting in line to give my order. There were 2 people in front of me. I'm guessing the person working is a newer employee. As I was waiting, he asked the other person working a question about their oils. So instead of helping him out, she gets all snotty with him. So I want to know Subway, is this how you let so-called "management" treat your employees?? They are aloud to belittle people and in front of customers? I stood up for the guy. I also left without buying anything from your business. I asked the guy how I could let management know. He told me she is the boss. With everyone hiring in our area, I would think management would think twice about treating people like that. Just so you know I will stick up for the person and I do have a big mouth.
Listened very well (I'm a rouch picky when it comes to pickles on my subs) and they gave me a small cup of pickles on the side so I could make it perfect. And they listened to my nieces about what they wanted on their subs.
