Want to pay $13 for a mayo and ranch wrap? This is the place for you. Want to hear coworkers arguing, on their phones, and take 20 minutes to take care of three people? Heres the place. Severely disappointed and angry with having to pay for this.
Every time we stop here they are out of something most times more than 1 thing 😳. Today out of roast beef and they only have white bread! It’s the weekend people figure it out, plan for the lunch rush! Off to Jimmy Johns I guess! 🤔
Today we stopped by at subway at Walmart and experienced outstanding service that you normally do not expect at subway nowadays. I think the name of the employee was Ray. We could feel the personal touch in both employees service. They were so positive and prepared sandwiches like they were making it for their family. Every sandwich was clearly marked. We saw them treating all customers with so much respect. I would give them all stars for every possible service category. I would stop by at this Walmart again and again for Subway. We could not thank employees enough at the store but I would say it here. Thank you Ray for what you do and We will stop by every single time to feel your positive energy. 😊
The manager was the only person taking and fulfilling orders. No one else wanted a job or work on Sunday. It took 55 minutes to get my order. There were about ten people behind me. The food was the same as I have had from Subway before but with new names and confusing descriptions. The music was annoying and the temperature varied as you moved up the line.
Wait time is too high. We ordered online and the pick up time was 1250 pm. The team just kepeps processing offline orders and we are still waiting for our order at 1:15 pm. There is no option to cancel the order and there is no customer support as well. Highly inefficient team!
Worst service experience! Ordered for a pick up, sandwich not ready even after 30 minutes. Had to stand in a dine-in queue for more 30 minutes to collect a pick up order! Imagine! Totally unorganized and irresponsible!
visited today traveling from goodyear to see the snow went to Wal-Mart and decided to have subway for dinner. I believe his name was Ray he has an amazing personality and everyone at this restraunt was so nice to us. All subways throughout the Phoenix areas have rude employees and always mess up orders. This location and its staff are great as well as the food tasted fresh. we will definitely come back and grab lunch from here in the future.
Subway has definitely impressed me the past few days, thank you so much! Not to much sauces, perfect amount of meat, veggies where crisp and delicious:) definitely like the subway in Walmart and highly recommend
