Now I don't regularly order from Subway. However. I have done so from this specific location numerous times. Subway is generally more expensive regardless of location, but for what you're paying, I would expect more. The food is okay, not bad, not great either. Still enjoyable. However, the problem with this specific place is service and preparation. All my orders from this location are often sloppily assembled, or have an excess of a specific topping, or way too little of a topping. Now this isn't an issue if you're at the location telling them what you'd like on it, as you can just tell them more or less. However, if you order online, you don't know what you're going to get. I can't say it's the worst place to get food here in Paulding, but it isn't the best either. All in all, okay food, high prices, and meh service.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I had a terrible experience with my mobile order. I received 3 footlong subs with only pepperoni, no sauce, no cheese, and cold. Then I had to deal with an extremely rude and contentious employee, who pretty much said it was not her problem even after seeing the receipt that showed the order was placed correctly,. She then proceeded to refuse to put me in contact with a manager. Mistakes can happen for sure, but there is no excuse for this kind of customer service.

I’ve visited this subway a few times with no problems but today I used the app to place my order to pick up and ran into some terrible issues. First I ordered a simple turkey sub to get there and receive a turkey sub fully loaded with all the veggies and the wrong bread. I simply asked for the sub to be remade and the employee then decided to be rude saying they could just “dump” the sandwich on new bread but they wouldn’t do anything else. After a while of back and forth they finally remade the sandwich while continuing to argue about how I placed the order. I encourage the owners of this establishment to discuss with their employees the dangers of FOOD ALLERGIES and how these “simple” fixes aren’t ever an acceptable option.

They literally charge you full price for half the amount of mozzarella when it’s down they’re food isn’t that great and they always charge more for anything they can

Stopped here after a sporting event. It was 8:30ish pm. There were 2 extremely nice young adults working. Nobody in the place when we arrived yet they were busy cleaning etc. They stopped what they were doing to help us. They were very efficient and friendly. Their boss and family should be proud.

OK so I just went there tonight it's February 23rd and the rude teenager super snobby she wasnt wearing any name tag because she knew she was being rude and didn't want to get her name reported. She was so rude to me that it wasn't even funny. I wanted Monterey cheddar she didn't have that so she told me to just get italian Herb I told her I'm allergic to Italian Herb she gave me it anyways after I had said no thank you she then proceeded to cop a attitude with me while I was attempting to order. I love subway but honestly I think I'm dont giving any of my money to this place after that experience
