New owner is wonderful. I stopped coming to this subway about a year ago, due to old management. I'll be going back from now on. Flipped the store around!

Their toaster hasn't worked for about two years. After a while you realize they just don't want to pay for a new one. Today they have a sign on the door saying no bread available. Worst subway in town for good service.

8-1-2023 This location is finally under new ownership . TOASTER IS WORKING!

WORST SUBWAY EVER! Toaster hasn't worked for 6 months. Tried to charge me $1 more than the price on the sign. When I questioned it, they told me I don't understand how tax works (I do). When I showed them on my phone calculator they told me the price on the sign was "the old price" and kicked me out of the store. Called the owner who was SUPER UNINTERESTED. Don't make the mistake of going here. I won't again.

I go to a lot of subways across southwest MI for lunch at work, this is the only one that just can't get it together. Obvious ownership issues, they have made no attempt to repair/replace their toaster for months. Surprised they can stay solvent, and surprised subway corporate hasn't intervened by now.

Place is very unsanitary the lady behind the counter looks like she just came from the shelter downtown which I’m sorry I don’t want anyone making my food like that and has her kid just sitting there this is very sad I’m going to be reporting this to cooperate!

Unfortunately every time I go there they are either out of bread or out of something or the oven isn't working can't say I would recommend

Helpful service for my husband elderly with cane
