This one subway is the cleanest and fresh ingredients for subs than any other subway in Painesville Ohio I live in Perry, I don't mind driving to this one location rather than to the Bacon Rd one due to how clean the place is and how everything is frosted in ice ,like each container of food and it's always full and nothing is ever warm or sitting in water or not looking good ,This location is the best subway by far. . I'll keep going back to this one subway rather than to get sub toppings sitting in water or not even cold , Even there meats was looking good not like they've been sitting there all week dry n warm . And other locations the cookies where rock hard . At this location cookies melt in your mouth and warm to the touch.. only wish they were open till 11 pm thou .

Wanted to try Subway, based on their new marketing strategy which includes a line of new sandwiches. Also, was interested to see how staff utilized their new meat slicing machines. Found a coupon thinking I would try it and see if they would get my future business. Sign on door says something like DUE TO AN INCREASE IN FOOD AND LABOR COST....WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY COUPONS... So, why does SUBWAY print coupons, if their franchises don't/won't accept them ....... If they are chintzy with the coupons, maybe they are not so keen on serving the freshest products either...... Put the car in reverse and went to Jersey Mike's.

Ordered a sub Sunday at around 12:30pm. Got home, it was not even close to what I ordered. Message to management, do a thorough evaluation of who you have working on Sunday afternoons. The sub I got went down the garbage disposal since it had tomatoes and cucumbers which I am allergic to. $10 wasted.

This location is sooooo nice In the inside and out. Beautiful location. Staff is great, food is wonderful. Will come again and again. Thanks a lot

Two days ago, on March 26, I pulled in the parking lot at 9:30pm hoping to just quickly grab a sub and go home. I made sure that the store was still open online and it said they closed at 10:00pm. I walked up to the door and noticed that there was a man moping the floor and that the whole rooms floor was covered in water. At first, I thought it was weird, but then I thought they were just doing pre-close tasks. I then tried to open the door and realized it was locked. They locked the doors 30 minutes early. There were two men working, fully grown men, might I add, not teenagers. Not only did they not tell me, “hey we’re closed”, or “drive thru only”. The man mopping was laughing at my failed attempt to open the door. I just stood there for a second before I got back in my car, just in case they were going to unlock it for me. I wasn’t going to write a bad review, as I did not want to stoop as low as they did, but I realized that it isn’t worth it to keep quiet. I have worked in multiple fast food restaurants, and it was never acceptable to lock the doors and deny customers until the minute it hit 10:00, or else the employees faced immediate termination. If anything, I would understand maybe 5-10 minutes before close, but a whole half hour? I am not sure if this was a “only the drive thru is open” sort of situation, but even so, it could have been handled so much better than a grown man laughing at me and not letting me know if it was drive thru only. This is completely unacceptable and should not go without being said.

Never going to this Subway again! Was charged $5.69 for a 20 ounce bottle of Coca Cola. RIP OFF! You want to come to America to make money? First thing is don't rip your customers off. Shame on you!

Very nice fellow serving. Just carryout so I can't judge atmosphere.

After repeating my order several times both sandwiches were wrong. When I went back to get my order fixed I was given nothing but attitude and they continued to make my sandwich wrong. 0/10 would not recommend. Better off going to the subway in the Painesville square.
