We stopped at Subway this afternoon and were pleasantly surprised! The young lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful! She made the sandwiches to perfection with a generous amount of toppings! Thank you for the great experience!
So disappointed in the only fast food type restaurant in my hometown!! I live in Winneconne but chose to come to Omro. First she came out from the back and didn't wash her hands like it says to do all over in there. Then when I asked for herbs and cheese bread she pulled out all kinds of burnt bread and said "I'll try to get you a soft one" . She had old food all over the place and had not cleaned up before making my sub, instead she just dragged my sandwich through nasty old crumbs and food and who knows what. Then because I asked for it toasted, her way of cleaning off the toaster was to bang the metal rack inside the garbage then put my sub directly on the rack....yuck!!!! Got home and threw my$12 rock hard, nasty, sub in the garbage!!! Eeeew!!! Hire better workers!! Ps I was the only one here, the store was dead . It was 2:00 in the afternoon.
People I work with are nice, communicable, friendly, and will work with you. If you have a problem you can voice that to your workers and they will try to fix it .
Slowest service of any subway ive been to (Every time). I get its short staffed but you'd think when theres a line building you'd nove a bit faster...
Went there in evening around 6:30 pm, online said they were still open until 8:00 pm. They were closed and cleaned up for the night and not a single employee still there. If you do not live down the street, you will never know their hours.
Not very busy. Very small restaurant inside a crowded cluttered gas station. 4-5 tables to eat at. Worker was honest and rang up my order in a way that would save me money (instead of 2-6 inch meals, rang up a footlong meal plus extra chips/soda…etc) so that was nice. Like honesty. Food was typical subway food. Bathroom available in gas station.
The Manager was ABSOLUTELY Degrading to the technician that arrived to service the oven while we were In line ordering. She Blatantly Degradded him in front of 4 customers Multiple Times!! The man was there to perform his job. I'm not sure Who owns this location but if this was my facility She would be walked out Immediately No questions asked!!!!!! Terrible Customer service. It was a horrible experience. We ordered through the app and put our order thru. The 3 subs were supposed to be done by 12:10. We got there to pick it up and she hadn't even started it. When I noticed that one of the subs was wrong, all she said was that it was what was on the slip. When I tried to get her to fix it, she just kept making it with everything wrong. Not happy, but there isn't much else I can go about it.
