I stoped here for take out today around 1:30pm they had two people working and one other customer. As me and my husband walked in we didn't get any acknowledgement, when we asked for our sandwiches we got 3 footlongs, and when they say we do it your way, well for us it was a lie. We asked for everything on our sandwiches and the man didn't not do that my husband had to keep asking for toppings he had not put on them, I also asked for the sauce the sandwich comes with and he man looked at me and said (you want more!!) And he decided not to put on my sandwich, like am sorry but I don't need to feel uncomfortable or judge when trying to get food, I am paying for it. The place looks clean but you don't feel welcomed and they judge you when you order food.
This subway always has issues… now they do not accept national coupons….. hate this location… avoid it if possible at all cost. Drive a little to any other location… this is old and outdated looks like the 90s… @subway hope you do not renew the lic. to this dealer.
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! I decided to go here a few days ago after work. It was late and despite the rating, it was the only still Subway open at 10pm. I went in with low expectations and was met by a clean store, fresh ingredients, and a quick responsive staff who knew how to make a mean Turkey Italiano. Management must have revamped almost overnight, because this is definitely a subway worth going to and returning to.
First and last time coming here on this location I had plan to get my bacon and chicken and steak and cheese the lady said I can't get the chicken and bacon with my coupon and she made my sandwich so stingy
Place was small cramped, no ac hot stuffy. I told the Male sandwich maker that the previous day I had not gotten a cookie with the add on of chips an soda,he said he could not give me one effectively calling me a liar, I told him I would not patronize his place again. Hope his happy with his save of his cookie! I would not eat at this place again, servers are rude! March 16, at about 1410 hrs.
This Subway on Roscoe blvd, a cross from the brewery is great! The staff are very nice. And really attentive. They really try hard. This Subway restaurant has the usual 6" to 12" subs that Subway serves. I prefer the chicken breast or the Turkey on the flatbread myself. Usually toasted with the bell peppers and mustard.
This is the worst Subway ever. The workers are rude, incompetent, ill-trained, and fail at properly dressing a sandwich. They do not follow the Subway guidelines and formula for building the ideal sandwich. The store owner is also rude and incompetent, lacking customer service and management skills. This store gives the Subway company a really bad image. I will never go back and I told 30 of my closest friends to avoid this location at all cost. It is a horrible experience that a hungry subway customer should never have to endure. Corporate would be ashamed.
I was rushed to the cash register my veggie sandwich was thrown together and not made correctly. Gloves weren't changed making sandwiches and using other appliances. I understand being busy but you can take your time and make sure your orders are correct.
