The atmosphere is nice the lady working in there dawn was helpful and friendly.. bathrooms are always super clean...clean environment.

Delicious! I got foot long Philly cheese steak with sweet teriyaki sauce. Employees were clean, great attitude and funny. Long line of customers.

It musta just got remodeled because it’s very clean and tidy in there. Very good atmosphere, and the only worker that was there was very nice and attentive. Got all our orders right, and we were out of there with our sandwiches in no time. 10/10 experience, would eat here again

Newberry subway needs to take more pride in fixing their customers food, when you order a custom order for the veggies to be cut or chopped, and they repeat the order back so you know they heard the order correct, upon picking the order up and getting home not none of the veggies was chopped up in the salads,. What subway just throws a whole tomato and big thick slices of cucumbers and a thick pieces of green peppers, in a salad, then we asked for no onions and no olives ,so we had to pick them all out.. just know my son has a reaction anytime he eats olives,. So I been tring to call for the past hour and a half to asked them about the salad, and there hasn't been no answer... smh.. so no salad for my son.. its pitiful how they serve their customers... i would of drove back to the subway, but it was dark and I live in the next town where there's no subway... they need to hire people who serves their customers to their liking...

On the spur of the moment, my grandson and I stopped in to get a sandwich to take back to the house. It was very quiet in there. We were the only ones! So we got the ⭐⭐ treatment. The sandwich was great! That Subway was very clean and I noticed the employees were keeping themselves busy which indicated to me that they have very good Supervisor. 😊 I can for sure say that if you want a Subway sandwich, feel confident that this store prides themselves on making sure you have a good experience and a great meal!

Most of the employees here are really nice and helpful and make you feel welcomed into the store But others don’t.

Never answers the phone for a call in order and they will tell you its because management tells them not to

Some staff members are doing good working and taking there time. However some tend to speed up a bit with your order. Apparently they care for a “need for speed” than taking time. Jonesville has been slow with their speed and time management; I recommend that one for those that end up with a sandwich all squished up and not properly closed (very disgusting). Also don’t be surprised if customer service is only given for one second; again the job “is all about speed” apparently. And management only cares about that than giving out customer satisfaction. Also try working there and giving out the best customer service you can give without your manager telling you in front of the customers “you’re being so slow at your job” and telling you to “pick up the pace and increase your speed” and making a big deal out of nowhere. And the store director won’t even do a thing about it! First off it’s not being slow. And second, it’s about showing that you care for the customers and would provide them with the best customer satisfaction you can give them. I suggest JONESVILLE once more so everyone can end up happy with customer satisfaction; at least their manager and store director cares for all the customers wants and needs of service.
