I had a wonderful experiences last few times I’ve came. Amy, I believe she’s fairly new, was so polite and helped in every way throughout my order there at the subway in newberg. Not only was she polite, she was great at greeting me and others who came while I was there for my own food. She greeted politely to others but yet stayed focus on me as well. She is just genuinely a great worker with amazing customer service skills. With that kind of employees it makes it that much more easier to want to keep coming back. Might I add the sandwich we made for me and my family was so delicious. Also she was on top of her cleanliness!

Waited for over 20 minutes to get my online order. When I went to the desk to ask they had it there but not on the pickup area. They were very nice all the time

I think I have been eating Subway for 25 years, since my Freshman year in college. Yikes! I have never had a bad experience with Subway. The Newberg Subway is a family favorite. My son and daughter choose this over any other quick food chain 9/10 times and I’m happy for it. The staff are always making our sandwiches with care, no rush, not skimpy and are really pleasant. Sydney was excellent the other day by simply answering my questions about combinations that would or would not work. Her insight and willingness to create with me was exactly what I needed for my sandwich . Italian Steak Eggs Pepper Jack Toasted Black olives Spinach Pepperoncini Sriracha A twist on the breakfast burrito with some snap and crunch. The store always has clients, it’s clean, organized, and we love it. Stay patient, these folks are working hard, have lots of orders at times from online and it feels understaffed. But they work hard and keep it positive! Thank you Subway and Sydney.

I had the pleasure of having a sandwich made by Nox..incredibly friendly, greeted me at the door, offered suggestions to make my sandwich better, and chatted with me all along the way. Plus, the sandwich was delicious ;)

Service and everything is great and the boss is very polite and friendly and very professional and the other staff members are awesome as well

Employees are clueless when asked a question sandwiches are getting ridiculously small and this specific location needs maintenance attention

This location is horrible. The employees act and look miserable. No greeting at all. Yesterday I was there and asked for light mustard on my sandwich. The kid put way too much on. I asked him if he could scrape some off and he proceeded to use his finger to try and scrape it off. I told him forget it and walked out. They really need training at this location. Needless to say, I won't be back.

This one had bread and ingredients in stock. Which was a relief. However, the anti-LGBTQIA+ sentiment was tangible. The kids behind the counter knew how to ask questions and make recommendations until it was my turn. But it got worse. They only offer those nasty unwaxed paper straws that dissolve in your drink and leave a nasty taste and mouth feel.
