I typically go to this subway and have had great experiences ,but not today. Today I got home with a sandwich that tasted like chemicals. It literally made my mouth burn. I had two other adults to taste it to make sure that it wasn’t just me. When I called to tell the associates of what was going on,they acted like I was crazy and said they have been doing sandwiches all day and had no problems….keep in mind it was 11:30, they had been open for a little over an hour. Anyway,I recommended that they check their bread and I sure hope they did before they kill someone from chemicals!

I typically never had a problem with my order when I eat here, but today there must have been a new worker, because they put meatballs on my sandwich that didn't need to be there, they put the entirely wrong cheese on it, they could barely cut the sandwich in half, and they had to be repeated told when to stop on things like the sauce. If they have their trainer with them, or had more of it, that would improve customer's experience greatly.

This location made me a BLT, but when checkout came around told me that particular sandwich no longer exists and they have to ring it up as a veggie add bacon. Fine. Until you literally charge me the price of a second sandwich as the price of added bacon. I could have paid less and gotten more by getting a different sandwich. But i didnt know this before ordering and making this. It's been my favorite since i was a kid. This is really a break down in communication and lack of training to the employees up front to tell me this BEFORE they made my food. I would have simply ordered something else! As it was, I felt obliged to pay for it and avoid an embarrassing situation with the long line behind me as I wrestled my infant simultaneously. I went back and asked to double check I wasnt rung up incorrectly and they stuck by it. Moral of the story, ask before you order as this rebranding has changed alot and apparently no one can be bothered to explain that before hand.

Woodward Ave's customer service has really gone downhill in recent years. My last few experiences have been unpleasant, with the "sandwich artist" acting angry simply because I entered the building. (I knew I should have went on down to Love's, they're the best!) Yes, the applicant pool is slim pickens, but there must be standards.

People will realize one day how much cheaper it is to make their own subs.

I was there a few night's ago . The food was good . I waa highly impressed with Matt . He was great . I asked his name . The food and service was both good.

I ordered a sandwich, the young lady started making the sandwich with her gloves on then she went to the register and started ringing up this sandwich, then I asked her was she going to change out her gloves and she said no because she didn't handle any money and told her I didn't want the sandwich cause her gloves was contaminated and she it was not a big deal so I told her it was and I don't want it now, your employees need training., the manager did tell her the register was contaminated.

There was a very nice lady up front who was great at her job and respectful the entire time.
