Ok I get they are trying their best but it’s stupid to have your meatballs still frozen and not in a warm well, it took twice as long as it should take to make one sandwich. It’s almost like they weren’t trained. I guess management needs to do better. The poor kids making sandwiches must not have been 16

Customer service was great. I got a salad, and it tasted good. My only complaint was that Subway used to finely chop their salads into a bowl, but they do not do that any more. As a result, it is a step down in previous quality. They also do not have gluten free buns.

Was in Wal-mart waiting on prescriptions and went over to Subway to grab a quick bite. My daughter joined us up there and went to order her sandwich, she is allergic to cheese and when asked if she wanted cheese she said no, the girl making the sandwich put cheese on it and when she went back up to complain, the guy behind the counter told her he would just take the cheese off, but she requested a new sandwich and he was a total butt about it and refused to give her a new sandwich and got a bad attitude with her which was unnecessary. No she didn't stand there to watch if cheese was added, why would she have to? Hate to say this but he needs to get better people skills or find a new job. Customers are always right!

This subway is amazing hands down. Good service. Good food. Clean place to eat. Clean utensils and work space. They are usually understaffed, out of some things, and have a long line but if your willing to wait for them to go in the back and cut some stuff, you will have an amazing experience

Walked in and had to wait for the girl in short shorts to get off her phone and take my order. Could tell that she didnt want to be breathing the same air as me let alone take my order. Didnt even put enough enough marinara on the pizza to say it had sauce on it. Clumped the topping so it was cold in the middle. And did not cut the pizza properly. Will not be coming back and will be telling every one i know not to be going there. If this is how you run a business then you dont need to be open.

I ordered from the app and picked up inside Subway. The four subs I ordered were correctly made and were made and bagged when I walked in less than 10 minutes later. Definitely a wonderful and tasty way to get a meal when in a hurry.

Possible manager? Named Ryan was very rude and unhelpful. The pricing on a sign was misleading, and I ended up having to pay more than I thought I would. Frustrating, but not a big deal on its own. I didn't want to cause a scene. My issue was Ryan's response "It clearly says this" "We would never offer a premium sandwich at that price."

I guess washing your hands after using the register is no longer required? Made the sandwiches upside down. Really wondering how this place is in compliance. Never the less all i can do is call corporate, and hope they get it under control.
