Just left. What appeared to be the supervisor had such a bad attitude. Was glad the subordinates were much friendlier. I didn't expect a red carpet but good customer service goes a long way.
Best service at a Subway that I think I have ever had!! The young lady who made my sandwich was awesome. The sandwich was meticulously made and folded perfectly. Honestly, this is no exaggeration. I don't often leave reviews or take pictures of chain restaurants because you usually know what you are getting. This time was an exception as I believe the staff deserves major props. Thanks for make what I though was going to be a mundane lunch into awesome experience! I meant to write this review earlier so I could include the young lady's name, but I didn't have time and her name escapes me. I was in with a co-worker 11/14/19 right around lunch. She had tattoos on her arms one of which had her name on it I believe. She was great.
Stopped at 10 am and door was locked. Employee opened door, then wanted breakfast as described on menu. But was informed no. So ordered sandwich and left.
If you go at the right time around lunch it's not to busy. The only complaint I have is the parking. You can park in front but hard to get out of if traffic coming because you have to back out into traffic. If you park on the side, be careful as there is a light pole right near the side of the building. I usually park across the street and walk over. That way I can turn whichever way I want to get out.
Alexis and a young man were working. I've never had a Subway sandwich just slapped together like that. They seemed more interested in getting you out of their way than customer service. Very disappointed.
This place is sometimes pretty busy and you can find yourself standing in line. The dining area is always clean and the employees are nice. The restaurant is a little off the normal beaten path.
They didn't even have bread to make a sandwich ! And the other subway on veterans parkway didn't have any meat so I don't know what's going on with the subways around here ????
When paying for sandwich there was a roach crawling around beside the cups at the register. Told employee and she replied that they had just bombed the place which let me know it was infested as a former pest control employee. Not very friendly staff either.
