I usually eat at this Subway once or twice a week. I order online and pick up. Today I went in there and my food was not ready when promised. (No BIG DEAL they were busy!) As I watched the new girl make my Tuna sandwich I noticed that she was only putting a half scoop each time. It was so thin that it was not even covering the bread. I asked and she added another half scoop and spread it again. Again not even covering bread. She was new and frazzled so I let it go. I waited till the manager grabbed my sandwich whispered to her as to not embarrass the new girl. Again told her that she was not using the whole scoop the tuna was dry and asked for her to put more on. She removed the cheese and said that's plenty.. I can charge you for more if you'd like.. I said No Thank you. The manager is normally very nice and friendly. Definitely not a Customer service win today. I never complain. I will not be back. Take my orders to another location. I am normally not a bad review person. But I could not believe that I payed $13.00 for this. Tonya R.

Pretty average but i have a few things to say. first the service wasn’t bad just a little slow. this is forgiven obviously as only one worker was there. my biggest complaint was there being a literal fly walking all over the condiments/bread. i had to watch as it walked all over my wrap and by that point i was too grossed out to eat it. unless this is fixed i would recommend you go somewhere else

Went to Subway on Pioneer. They were out of tomato 🍅😔, didn't say anything till after u ordered it, NOT B4 u ordered giving u the option not to order... Very upset considering this was my 2nd choice of sandwich order. I said nvm, forget my total order. The clerk, excitedly claimed, "I already started making it, u'll have to stay in line n pay for it', I told him, 'No, u can't fill my whole order, I'm not going to order 1 sandwich n eat in front of my husband bcuz u can't make his sandwich, I don't think so!!' I left the line.

NEVER AGAIN! Not our first bad experience at this store, but definitely our last! From the time we entered the store it was a bad experience. One employee (appeared to be in charge) was checking the temperature of products in the case (with a dirty ipad like device) while another employee (appeared to be a new employee) was trying to fill an order for a customer. We stuck it out for 10-15 minutes or so while the employee completed the four sandwich order. After the employee cleaned things up, washed his hands, and donned new gloves, we placed an order for two tuna sandwiches. Employee went right to work. After putting two scoops (should be four scoops) of tuna on the first sandwich, he proceeded put one scoop on the second then said they were out of tuna! After checking with the female employee that had been checking temperatures, it was confirmed, “out of tuna”. We almost walked out at that point but changed the order for the second sandwich to one of the “special” sandwiches on the menu board. Once the basics were on the bread I was asked if I wanted mayonnaise (not one of the ingredients in the description). I pointed at the board and said, “thats the sandwich I want”. Sparing the details, they did not have all of the ingredients described on the menu board for the sandwich I ordered, so it became a standard “build your own” sandwich. Checking the receipt after we left, we found we had been charged for the “special” sandwich that they couldn’t make! How were the sandwiches? Not good! Bread was dry and chewy, half the tuna was missing on the tuna sandwich, and the other sandwich was not what was ordered and paid for.

Normally don’t have issues with the drive through but todays experience was painful. If you’re gonna put someone in charge of drive way orders, they need to have solid listening and communication skills. Had to repeat myself 6 times, and no I am not being dramatic. I still ended up with an incorrect order and was over charged with an extra sandwich we didn’t order. I don’t really do food/reviews anymore since there’s no point — but todays frustration was unreal.

I asked for a little bit more of shredded cheese on my sandwich after seeing the very scant amount she put on and was told it would cost 2.50 extra. It's not like I asked for 5 more slices of cheese, I asked for a pinch more. I declined the extra cheese, but the girl put what equaled to maybe 10 little shredded pieces of cheese on, which I thought she was just doing for free cus paying 2.50 for that is ridiculous. Nope, she charged me for it, that's even after having my sandwich fall halfway into the lettuce making half the cheese fall off anyways. So I basically paid 2.50 extra for nothing.

Had to wait a long time as there was only one guy in there and he had a bunch of orders. However; he was up front, worked through the items and kept his cool. He was apologetic and appreciative of our patience. Food was great!

I ordered in the app and they had my sandwich ready exactly as requested.
