Typically Great staff and delicious food depending on who is working. I understand portion cost and stuff but 1st time charged me for the Italiano and since I wanted the turkey instead of the ham she proceeded to charge me $3 for extra meat but only put the normal amount on there same with the double meat for ham and turkey but put normal portion. However the second time we went staff was very nice and actually made the sandwiches to our specifications and was exactly what we wanted.

The manager is very rude. Wouldn't do a simple substitution from a menu item. We have ordered it the same way for years. Across the country. When we told this to the manager she was not so polite and told us she worked at that location for 4 years and never saw us there before. Not smart enough to ring up the sandwich as ordered vs as a menu item. Went to the other subway in town and they figured it out. With no issues. Don't live here not coming back. Don't waste your time on rudeness.

Been to this subway several times and I gotta say I won't be going back. I really like subways food, but the older lady employee always ruins it for me. The first time I ordered chicken bacon ranch, and she stated that they weren't making any bacon on that day because they were going to be closed The next day and didn't want to waist anything. Another time I ordered online because I didn't want to deal with the employee, and they got my order completely wrong. When I called to have it corrected, they were very rude about it saying they know what they made...

State inspectors need to visit this location. Sometimes don't wear gloves and, when they do wear gloves they are busy touching everything. All their vegis look and taste spoiled.

I always get the Philly monster or #1philly 12". I was extremely dissatisfied with my sub. The worker was very curious, but had no idea of what she was making. I explained to read the sign. That's what I wanted on it. I got hardly any meat barely any cheese. And that was it. It was the worst sub I've ever gotten. I won't go to Walmart subway any more. I will be visiting the other subway in mineral wells, tx. They always do right by my self and my husband. Tx you

Picked up a footlong sandwich to go and after I got home I opened it up and it was missing half the meat on it prices are high but I could at least get me on my sandwich when I pay that much.

I was in a happy mood and patient, but it took me 20 minutes to move through the line with only two people in front of me and the first employee who helped me was so angry it made me feel out of place being happy at all. He was so mad that he was fumbling all over the place and having to redo orders, self sabotaging. Like, I feel for the guy, but I just want my food with polite and professional interactions please. The other two employees were nice but the first guy really tanked the vibe.

Absolutely horrendous toward there employees. The manager is a small child that gets upset and throws a fit when he doesn't get his way. He fired me because he was but hurt I got another job and wanted to talk to me crazy making up completely ridiculous lies to justify himself. When I got the other job I had applied for a month before I worked at subway....he absolutely should be fired or retrained and demoted at the least disgusting behavior
