Millersburg Walmart Subway manager was very rude and asked an employee if she wanted to keep her job she had to ask us to leave. We were talking to another customer her cart was next to her and the manger came in and starting shoving carts around I said to the manger hey that's her cart she said I don't care it's in the way but it wasn't. I will never eat there again planned on eating dinner there but not now. She's a rude b**ch.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a subway. The guy (Cus or Cas) whatever his name is was rude, wiped his nose several times while making my sandwich, put his hands on the door frame then went right back to making my sub. He also was to busy talking to his coworker to pay attention to how I wanted my sub. He also had a bag of pepperoni thrown to him and opened the bag and threw the pepperoni in the bin. Overall I was very disappointed in the service I received. The food was only ok, not great and the store was a bit dirty. Sorry if it seems like I'm only complaining, but the whole experience was really bad.

Monday February 11th, 2019, I went in with full intentions of purchasing a drink with ice. I wanted to get off my feet for a bit first and was going to then purchase my drink and continue on. I had a snack with me from the Walmart deli, as I wasn't in the mood for a sub. I sat in a booth by myself, and a few minutes later, an employee leaned over the counter and said she wasn't trying to be a B**ch, but if I wasn't going to purchase something, I could not be in there. She was very unprofessional and her language was unacceptable, but I told her I intended to purchase a drink in a few. She said ok. I took her "ok" as, that was fine. About a minute later, I heard her repeating what my reply was. I looked over and she was on the phone. I thought it was odd but I wasn't bothering anyone. A few minutes later, a woman was at the booth I was sitting in, screaming and cussing at me to gather my sh*t and get out! I looked up and said "Excuse me?! Who are you?!" She introduced herself as Pam the manager. She said I had not planned on purchasing anything or I would have already had it. (She was too close to where I was sitting for me to get out of my seat and I had to tell her to back up and that she was out of control). She continued flinging herself around, cussing and screaming at me. I contacted Corporate who took my complaint but said they would have to have Kevin Fitzgerald contact me, as he is the franchisee. Only after I posted my experience, he contacted me. Said he would contact me again with the outcome but didn't. I called Corporate back and they said he told them he resolved it. But he didn't. After I posted, I received all kinds of people messaging me and commenting about how horrible they were treated also.

I have never encountered a more rude employee anywhere I have ever eaten. She was incredibly rude the entire time, and then yelled at my mentally challenged aunt for 5 minutes for making a loud noise. Pointed her finger and yelled. Even after my aunt apologized, she continued yelling at her.

The manager (Tracy) is nasty and rude to customers. While eating at this location you can hear her cuss at employee's while treating them like dirt. I feel sorry for anyone who works there.

The ladies that have worked with me while dining here have always been kind and courteous.

Was refused to have my order taken because I was on the phone with my husband, trying to figure out what he wanted for lunch

Very friendly and excellent service
