Super nice guy behind the counter. But, I asked if the sub rolls were soft, he said yes. It was as hard as a Publix rolls. Left Publix and went to Subway because of softer bread. Should have just got it at Publix

Came in odered 2 foot long after I order meal was made they then info me their CC machine was not working then denied my meal because I didn't have cash. B.S. service! Not happy!

Placed an online order, said it would be ready at 6:30pm. Show up at 6:45pm after it says it's ready and the store is closed. Even though the open sign is on the door is locked and all the food is clearly put away and no sign of my order. I'll bw disputing this charge with the bank.

Horrible! Don’t order online, SubWay newcomers. They always get your order wrong! We ordered EXTRA green peppers and there was NONE. we ordered LIGHT lettuce and the was EXTRA lettuce. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE

Charged my credit card for an order never received. No contact after numerous attempts to request refund.

We made it there twice to get the new brisket sandwich and they were out third time they had it it was really good guess that's why it was sold out good food decently clean restrooms were okay will go back but restrooms do you need attention

Progressively they make the order I have worse and worse. The first few times it was an ingredient missing here or there. No biggie. More recently they have switched the toppings on the subs completely! I wanted ingredients on sub #1 but they would put it on sub #2 and vice versa. Keep in mind we ordered online and nobody was at the shop when we arrived in the evening. How can the people working there mess up do badly?

I frequent this restaurant and have been a loyal customer since moving to Middleburg 5 years ago. and if it wasn’t for the wonderful and friendly employees holding the store together, I believe it would financially fail. They are becoming consistent with a shortage of staff, ingredients and product line. Today I spent 19 mins waiting on a rather large online order in front of me which is perfectly normal, however you have one very sweet and capable young lady in the restaurant by herself trying to make this order of 9 sandwiches. She finally got some help at 5:46pm which helped move the line. Upon ordering my sandwich, there’s no lettuce for my either of my orders. I got the last of the tuna and ordered my two sandwiches which couldn’t be prepared as I had hoped bc of ingredient shortages. Hopefully this will correct itself. Either way, what makes this store good is the employees which are hired. They have to defend the store while receiving the ire of unsatisfied customers who keep coming back. Wonder why we do that ??
