I doordash and waited for like 15-20 trying to get my customers order. The lady came about 5 minutes and told me she was getting my order. She went to working on the customers that was inside. So I had to unassign my order because my other customers food was getting cold waiting on subway employees. I called back and the guy was like what you want us to do, we have customers. Dude you have dd customers too and it should have been done. Why was there only one person working and the long libe in the front. Where was he at? Where was the manager? Do better subway.

Waited a full five minutes while 3 “staff members “ were in the back. Were polite but never said anything about my waiting. Third time there, first trip, no meatballs, second time, the young lady never got off the phone, so I ended up leaving, and then today. I have been in 50+ Subway shops across the country, this is by far the worst!

Very seldom of my disappointed by a subway sandwich and this one was no exception. Everything was fresh and the tuna was excellent better than most of the ones I've had recently to be honest. The staff were extremely friendly very polite and we both had a lot of fun chatting backwards and forwards while my sandwich was being made. When you have a sandwich being made to order and influence everything that goes into it I don't know how anybody can say it's less than five stars because you're right there The only thing you're not doing is making it yourself. I haven't buy this particular location on a detour so most likely will not pass by that way again but if I do I will definitely stop in for a sandwich well done everybody thank you I enjoyed it.

Workers have friends and their kids hanging out, kids always running behind the counter... ive been overcharged many times by the same person, I went 1 time and had someone different, ordered the same thing (6 inch turkey sub add capicola, chips, and drink) I was charged 19$ 2x and like 10 once... veggies are almost always wilted and gross looking... management needs to step in and if that's the problem, then the owner needs to step in or someone in corp...

Best subway I have ever seen in my life. Service is amazing and the food is even better! Y’all should give the tall skinny black guy with glasses a raise, he made sure everything was exactly perfected. He was even asking me questions about the sandwich no one has ever asked me. Best customer service I’ve seen coming from subway. He should be in a high class restaurant!

No matter how many times I call they never answer the phone. When I go in the workers are always on their phones and the store is a mess. There's never any ice because the ice machine has been broken for about a month at this point. The meat is still cold even after they toast my sub. Management needs to do better.

This Subway is making one person work the front area alone... It's lunch time.. Y'all shouldn't have agreed to do curbside pick up if you don't have enough staff to keep up... Do better

They were very rude to where I was trying to not cry while I was in there. When I would tell them what I wanted they would either not do it and look at me like I was stupid or they would shake their head at me. The lettuce was brown and nasty looking. The pan the microwave my food on was broken and rusty. So I did buy the food and held the tears in. But I won't be eating the food. I wish I had the nerve to walk out and not pay for my food, but I don't like conflict. I hope they make some corrections to this place.
