We ordered online and ended up getting there a little early. They hadn’t even started the order. Okay fine so we went down the road to get something at the store went back. 10 minutes past the order time and it still wasn’t ready and they were making other people’s sandwiches who got there after us. They tried to blame the lateness on being “busy”. No the problem is you not making orders as they come in. Note to self don’t order online because your order comes last to the people who just walk in.
Ashley touchet is a sick excuse of a manager, she has multiple bad reviews and people have been sick of her mistreating customers and her workers. I will be going to corporate and seeking legal action since the owner Ross refuses to acknowledge this problematic behavior in a manager.
It was ok. Needed a quick meal for guys. They don't care. I ate about 4 bites of mine and they cut the rest up and shared.
The Subway in Maurice, LA usually has the deals that may not be available in Abbeville. It has a fairly spacious dining area, & service is quick & friendly.
I eat at the Maurice location often, service is always great, but today another person and I were eating lunch and the Manager was Reprimanding an employee for something the employee did earlier. If I’m in a restaurant eating I do not want to hear management reprimanding employees in front of me do it elsewhere or fire the employee. I may never eat there again
Finally started serving breakfast at this location so that's good. But my order got messed up. Feeling under the weather so I ordered online with curbside pickup. Order was brought to me but it was missing one of my 5 items (ordered for the family) and my own sandwich had the wrong toppings. Lady was nice enough when fixing the order but I was the only customer. Not sure how you mess up 2 out of 5 things when that's all you had to do. Customer service usually shaky at this one but today's lady was nice enough.
We placed an online order at 11:40. Order was supposed to be ready at 11:55. We walked in around that time to a long line of people, which is fine, that’s why we did a pick up order to skip the line and just go in and PICK IT UP. nope at 12 our order was not made and it was as if they didn’t even bother to care to look for our order because we had to tell them everything again. We had 4 sandwiches total. 3 sandwiches got made and then she would not make the 4th one. We asked why and she didn’t respond. We asked for a manager who was not or ever seems to be there, they get on the phone with her to refund us and tell her to tell us we won’t be getting our sandwiches after waiting there for 30 minutes. HORRIBLE service and POOR management. Won’t be going there anymore.
This location is the worst. Second time i ordered soup and the cup is not even halfway full. This is ridiculous!!!!! The cup is small enough as is for $2.69. The least they can do is fill the dang cup. It's just common sense, it's not that hard!! Not going back!!
