Service was very slow and subpar at my visit here, sub was delicious but would’ve liked to not feel like an inconvenience to the worker here. Got my dinner all the same, in and out without too much delay.
This subway needs improvement in their customer service. I stopped in with my husband today, and I won't be back. The skinny middle aged lady without a nametag, instead of greeting us, demanded to know how many sandwiches we were getting and if we were sharing. I just wanted the one sandwich for myself. I tried to order, and she kept snapping at me and interrupting me, as though I were an inconvenience. I had wanted to get the ultimate cheesy garlic bread that was advertised, and she cut me off while I was ordering it to tell me that they didn't have it, and they've never had it, in a tone that said I should have known that already, despite the signage advertising it. Finally she told me I needed to hurry up because she "needs to get caught up," and I gave up and bought something from Speedway to eat instead, because I was hungry and would rather have a microwave cheeseburger than continue dealing with someone who is treating me like a waste of their time instead of a paying customer. Corporate Subway, this is how this branch is treating your customers. Do better.
Stopped in at about 5:30, lady was sassy and nice. Got the meatballs ready for me and made sure they were nice and in line. Put up with our odd requests and our banter.
After we were involved in a multiple-car pile-up, the tow truck driver dropped us off at this location. When the employees found out about the accident, their care and concern for us and our situation were outstanding. They definitely brightened up a bad day!
Im getting so disappointed with Subway. The breakfast sandwiches are really good with the flat bread. My understanding is they will no longer be using the flat bread once it gone it will not be restocked. You will have to use the wrap or the 6 in or 12 inch bun. That sucks! What's next. Now i must find somewhere new for Breakfast. 😱 Good customer service.
I like subway , but someone should teach the person who made my steak &cheese sub , that's it's a hot sub not cold ,
There was a blonde kid he was a big guy. Absolute delight to be around. So friendly.
