Employee argued kids meal don't come with applesauce or drink with menu behind them saying otherwise. Between rude staff and messed up orders, it's likely best to avoid this location.
This subway looks newer with both the interior and exterior. This subway does have the newer logo. The service here is very fast. The Staff here are friendly. I got a footlong with pepperoni, both shredded and sliced cheese, and a line on Mayo. I hope this location continues to keep the good work up.-Shy_Gun670
I went here for my son. He has a particular way of eating things because of his autism so describing his food order is tricky for some workers. She did give me questioning looks but it was made in a timely manner and with a smile.
The Subway in mason city is on Indian Head drive was a horrible experience the girl working there acting like she hated her job and was making our sandwich sloppy throwing stuff around being very rude and did not cut our subs in half or give us a bag to carry them out she seemed like she was having a fight with another employee but still that's no reason to take it out on your customers very unprofessional
My Wife and I ordered a footlong cold cut combo on Italian herbs and cheese bread with American cheese, lettuce,mayo, despite the clean updates, the staff was very robotic, nearly like they're there just for a paycheck, and the bread was super tough , could barely eat it, also the meats and cheese were nearly paper thin, Come on Subway, have been with y'all since th opening of first Minneapolis location open, in which the subs were the best
Subway has just gone down over the last five or so years. I used to really enjoy a good spicy Italian at subway. Now it's not on the menu and it's alternate is nowhere near as good. Nothing against this store, the people were friendly and it looked clean, just sad to lose a place I enjoyed you eat.
Horrible service do not ever place in online order. Because if something is messed up, they will sit there and argue with you and try not to refund your money.
I don't know what it is about people in Mason City, but goodnight! Get happy!
