They messed up my entire order. I filled out a survey. The regional manager Britany Rupert reached out. She offered to fix it by me going to the store and getting a remake. I went a couple weeks later to get the re make. I didn’t see the email right away. When I got there the manger there was so rude. Was interrogating me and pretty much shaming me. Kept saying cus you complained. Which I didn’t. I filled out a survey. It made me so mad and made me feel like the attempt to fix it was ruined. I left even more mad.

On the above date at approximately 10:18am I came into the store with my wife who is pregnant to order food. The woman behind the bar approached to serve us I had already knew what I wanted which is a #12 on Italian herb and cheese. My wife wasn’t to familiar with the process so she needed to look over the menu the employee got loud and rude with us because she wanted to do both sandwiches at the same time. My wife asked can she just make mine while she looked over the menu. She then again got loud and walked off denying us service. I don’t usually write reports or reviews on service but I was kind of embarrassed and hungry. I won’t be going back to this location.

They need to do a better job of hiring quality people. Service was terrible. They were confused, couldn’t answer any questions, and acted like I was a problem for needing time to look over the menu. Had I read the reviews before getting here, I would’ve just went somewhere else. Nice upgrades to the facility, but the staff didn’t match at all

One of the best Subways I have ever been to. The man who made our sandwich had so much passion and thought behind making our sandwich. He was also swamped at lunch time and stayed cool the entire time while pumping out everyone’s food.

So when I walked up to place my order a young woman was telling a young man to “ring up” an old gentleman who’s sandwich had just finished. The young man proceeded to ignore her and start to make my sandwich. I asked for double pepperoni and was not given that but was charged that. Not only that but the older woman with black hair at the register was obviously new and didn’t know what to do. The young man appeared to also be new but was instructing the older lady on what to do. The only person that knew what she was doing was the young lady with short blonde hair. Yet no one was listening to her. I will never come to this subway location again.

Horrible management. Rude, rude, rude! They short the customers to control their bad food costs while threatening to write up an employee for putting the correct toppings for their customers. They argue the point when they didn't even measure the topping as it is supposed to be. I had to tell the worker what toppings he forgot. I was a manager at Subway and do not recommend this location. This is the only store in the area that I have ever had a problem with. Racetrack location is the best!

I wanted to order a sandwich and order 3 Catering trays for Sunday. I walk in Guy was on his Air-pod on the phone while I'm trying to order. While he was making Sandwich still talking on the phone! I can't stand rude people who ever own this Subway need to address the Employees because you just missed a catering order from me.

Toni is hardworking. She was training a new person while it was very busy and keeping a great attitude the entire time even though it was a stressful moment! Keep up the great work!
