Didn't pay any real attention to my sub til I got home. The 12" sub looked like it was two crushed hot dog rolls sitting side by side. The bread tasted almost raw. It was nicely filled with tomatoes. I pulled the sandwich apart. Each side had 3-1/2 slices of each meat on it, some so thinly sliced you could almost see thru them. There are supposed to be 10 slices, each, of pepperoni and salami, per 12" sub. I threw the bread away, ate the meat, and tried calling. No phone. I called the nearby Subway store, who supposedly owns that Subway and was told the owner would call the next day. Never heard anything.
This is the 3rd time and the second location that I've ordered a Turkey Titan, which is supposed to have more meat than the regular Turkey sandwich, but I barely had enough meat to cover the bread! What is with you, Subway?! You charge me more money for more meat, but you have your workers renege on the transaction! False advertising at its best. 😡
They definitely don't put enough meat. Not crazy about the bread.
The service was horrible, they are very short and snappy, The server does not pay attention to the customers request! Attitude throughout the whole ordering process and she put vinegar on my sandwich instead of the sweet sauce I asked for! These girls have no business working with the public until they take some classes on hospitality!
I really love this place,, I prefer this subway over any others in marrero. I go to this one probably once or twice a month, and I always get tuna fish, no bread and pickles on the side. (Yes I know,, it's crazy) but the crew there is amazing, always polite and in good mood. I went there today 08/20/2020, and as always,, great service. I'm not one to really write reviews, especially bad reviews, you have to really piss me off for me to write a bad review, and for good reviews,, you have to really impress me. I've never had a bad experience at this location, just never wrote a review. But had too today. I really appreciate the staff there, and want them to be recognized, no one in particular, (I'm bad at names) but all the staff. Hopefully the owner or manager sees this, and is able to know the 2 ladies working tonight. But also, to recognize all the staff. They really are an amazing store and staff.
Ordered online ahead of time and I'm pretty sure none of the 4 subs were toasted like I asked and my topping add ons and extras (some of which I was charged for) weren't there or weren't like I had ordered at all. Im giving 3 stars instead of a lower rating because I wasn't there and maybe someone was training or they might have been at the tail end of a rush (picked up order at 7pm) so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt but it wasn't great.
Dillion was awesome. He made my sandwich exactly as asked. The customer service was above and beyond...this is definitely one of my favorite subways to visit.
Nothing in regards to the food it's always consistent. However....the young lady who made the sandwich....I asked nicely for her to cut the 6 inch meatball in half because my mother had gastric bypass surgery and cant eat it all...she rolled her eyes like it was extreme labor to do so. Amazing how these teenagers act entitled. Learn customer service and understand your boss is not writing your check....we are. Go back to school and learn basic math and economics....oh wait we are in Louisiana....I forgot they dont teach common sense here
