My Subway experience was amazing from start to finish. Since I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted with a smile by the friendly and helpful staff. I was guided through the menu by a knowledgeable barista who answered all my questions with detail and patience. What impressed me the most was the freshness and quality of the ingredients. I was able to customize my sandwich with a variety of fresh vegetables and high-quality meats, and everything was perfectly prepared and served on their delicious, freshly baked bread. The Subway dining experience was great, cleanliness and atmosphere were nice and welcoming. I even noticed that the cleaning staff was continually working to keep everything spotless. Overall, the customer service was great and the quality of the products was exceptional. I will definitely visit Subway restaurant again and recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you Subway for a great dining experience!
Service associates were unfriendly. We ordered 4 sandwiches, and they refused to make a 6" in to a salad as clearly printed on the display board. When asked, the lady behind the counter said that except for the veggie delite, that I wanted they can make any other sandwiche to a salad. On the sandwich they refused to roast the veggies (onions and pepper). They lacked any desire to serve and displayed zero initiative.
I ordered two subs online. At first I was worried that they wouldn’t read my note, since some places don’t. However, I ordered a pizza sub. I opened it up and there was no pepperoni! I brought it back up to the counter and told her that there’s no pepperoni on there. She blatantly lied to my face and said that the pizza sub DOES NOT come with pepperoni!! Which is false as I have worked at a subway a little while ago. She did not want to remake the sub or add the pepperoni, repeating that pepperoni does not come on the PIZZA SUB. I even asked her, “so a pizza sub is just cheese and marinara?”. After a few minutes I finally got my sub corrected. I hope I don’t sick because at my old locations, if the employees didn’t like a customer or they thought a customer was being annoying, they’ll mess with your food and you’ll get sick! Hoping I don’t get sick from this 😬
There was a housefly in my subway, later on when I complained ,they started yelling at me which was not good at all.
The prices changing due to location and servers who don't speak the national language then get mad at you because they can't to properly communicate or understand what someone saying to him so how are they going to put toppings on your sandwich doesn't make sense to hire sandwich makers who don't speak the national language in the nation they're making sandwiches in
The sandwiches were great. But I pre-ordered in the app, which said they would be ready by 11:15. I got there right at that time, but the order hadn't even been taken off the machine yet. So it was another 5-10 minutes which didn't much matter today, since I was on my way home. But if I was on my way to work, I would have been late!

This Subway is great. Good service with a smile. I do especially like the store manager at this Tom Thumb. She's a busy bee. Hard working and straight to the point!!
