Can't call to order food because no one ever answers the phone. Very stingy when you want to add extra veggies. Also everytime I drive by there closed by like 6pm

Food quality has gone down a bit. Owner seems to be a bit tight on quality and food safety. Watch out as they will serve expired and rotten food.

We are open 10am to 8 pm Google has not changed our hrs we can't control what Google puts down for hrs we have tried to change it multiple times and yes we if are slow we may close early because of short staffing and it has been the same owner for over 11 yrs... we dont choose the amount of meat that goes on that's corporate we have to count every PC of meat so if it's thinner that's because subway changed an ingredient or gave us a different product that's not the in any way the owners or employees control what so ever corporate chooses subways prices not the owner

The tall woman was quite rude to me.. I like my veggies a certain way.. asked for black olives and she spat at me saying what other veggies.. I relied with let's start with black olives . The shorter lady was nice but a bit overwhelmed from the tall woman with glasses . I was asked several times by the tall woman what I asked for.. I've a southern louisiana accent with a mask and I get it.. but ya don't have to get rude with a customer.. in the end ya customer is ya boss.. we don't shop there, ya don't make money, ya close ya doors.. go to Cadillac

The ladies who work at this subway have fantastic customer service. They take the time to get to know their guests and remember our orders. My only complaint as a customer is that every time we go in there it is boiling hot. It honestly bothers me more that the sandwich making girls have to work in conditions that are that hot constantly. We don't like to have to stand in that building for more than 10 minutes at a time.

DO NOT ORDER HERE IF THE MIDDLE EASTERN MEN ARE WORKING. If its anyone else the service will be friendly and quick and the food will be exactly what you expect. If either of those 2 men make your sandwich you will be disappointed at the very least. And that's if you don't leave mad already due to how rude and unwelcoming they are! If those guys agree working, save yourself the trouble and just walk out. If anyone else is working, you will have a much better experience.

Food is good. Employees are friendly and professional. It's never busy so you can get in and out quickly. The place is kept very clean.

They're always closed, I don't feel it's adding value to a small town when it seems like it's closed more than open. I don't know if they're understaffed or new management but when you look to see if they are open and it says yes and you go there, it says they are closed it's quite annoying.
