My wife went to get dinner with local coupons for this store. They would not accept them. Staff was very disrespectful. The dough on all the subs were raw. And all the sandwiches were dripping with mayo! 😔
I just wanted to give a shout out to the short young blonde girl… there was a woman and her son in the store ahead of me, and the young girl went out of her way to make the bread that they wanted. Every time I come in, she is very pleasant has a smile on her face and is eager to help. For someone “making a sandwich” she makes it a great experience. She for sure has customer service personality!
The two ladies working today were so kind and sweet! One rushed to open the door for my husband and myself and helped take our order. The sandwiches were really good for a subway. They were really fresh and the cookies were really soft and gooey which was delicious. I loved the 2 gals working here, they were really awesome!
Once you purchase your sub, there is a nice park to eat at by turning left. The park is on the left and has several picnic tables with one on the water. Restrooms are also available.
1st Visit Takeout - Was going to order a sub, but they were already closed at 8:12 PM when the website and door lists 9PM… The workers inside were already cleaning and cashing out. So I gave one star because I couldn’t leave a review other than what happened. 2nd Visit Dine In - Stopped in with a group of five on Sunday afternoon and had a totally different experience. The server was polite and made all of our orders as we all wanted and she prepared them with haste while paying attention to detail so I had to come back and update my review leaving off the one star for the closing early incident.
DONT BLINK or you are very likely to miss the only major name in the food game that is offered inside Maggie Valley! This place is GREAT! From the cleanliness, to the sandwich artists, to the actual sandwiches..you'll be satisfied with your food experience at this subway! The store is always very clean. The staff is friendly and great at their jobs! All things considered, it's honestly one of my top 3 places in Haywood County to grab a bite to eat. *on a side note, I caught them around closing and that's why the chairs are up. Dine in eating IS available at this location. There are also s couplen of small outside tables if you'd prefer.
The sub options have changed but so far so good! The staff was friendly and facility was clean. We wish there was a gluten free alternative. The prices are a bit high for a sandwich but they were all good. Parking is a little awkward but is adjacent to church and more spots in back.
We have always had such a good experience here. As locals we appreciate the good service and convenience, and the little blond gal at the counter is so friendly and helpful every time we come in.
