Come on Subway. Please do better. I placed an on line order to be picked up. It wasn’t ready and it took over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Got my sandwich home and went to eat it. It was so drenched in mayonnaise I was unable to eat it. When paying 27.98 for two subs I expect at least a little better than this. Not the first time I’ve gotten sub-par subs!
They messed up our online order and we had allready hit the highway, we called and they said come back and we will remake it, so we did. I walk back in and they acknowledge me and that the sandwich was messed up, multiple people working, customers etc so I figured they were re-making it. Kinda thought they would remake it when we called as we had only left less than 5 minutes ago, but oh well. So I'm waiting while they remake it.... or so I thought. I'm checking my phone while I wait etc when I look up and notice no more Customers in line, and no employees making sandwiches. So I flag someone down our of the back and ask if they are remaking it and they tell me "well no because we didn't get the other sandwich back yet".... how about saying that to me while I'm waiting? No worries my wife can't eat the old one anyway, most places don't want back the old food so I go out and grab it and then they finally remake it, take the old sandwich and put it on the back counter. Just frustrated that they wasted my time and were not apologetic about it or anything.
Great location to get in and out of. Not a lot of parking though and the drive is closed. But the bathrooms and facility was clean and the staff were kind. Will definitely come back next time in Madras. Thanks Subway staff!
3 times now when I Have gone to purchase a breakfast sandwich around 830am 9am through drive thru they have a chair blocking the entrance. The 1st time this happened I ended up going in and the gal said she wasn't sure why there was a chair. Today it's they are busy doing a cater order. Ridiculous for customers who cannot go inside for reasons.
At the drive up, told me to wait.. they were busy helping customers inside 5+min and I left. I drove by window seeing 0 customers inside and 4 workers standing there. 1 outside on break. Noone in parking lot, inside or at drive up but me🤨🤷
Besides the fact that they only put meatballs and sauce when I asked for like 10 other things in it they actually gave me no napkins and didn’t even cut it in half… horrible subway full of lazy employees that don’t know how to make a simple sandwich. I would personally never come back here and will go the extra 30 minutes to Redmond for my Subway in the future.
Mouthy lady at the drive thru. When i got to the window to pay she said out loud 2 12 inch chick teriyaki (mine was a 6 inch) she said whoops and acted like she fixed it. She didnt. Was rude again so i asked for receipt, had to go inside to get reimbursed. All for a sand which that looked as if i pulled it from a trash can.
