Just came to order a sandwich and one of the kids is definitely on something hardly able to stand etc…pretty sad and uncomfortable situation. Be nice is there was a adult supervision. Definitely won’t come back nor bring my kids into this situation again!

I stopped in to get a sandwich for my daughter because she forgot to take her lunch and is Type 1 diabetic. I'm sure she liked it but I can't rate the food since I didn't eat anything from there.

I placed an online order and still had to wait 45 minutes and then I was missing almost half my order and had to wait again for them to make the rest of my order. The food was very sloppily put together and not wrapped well so food was falling out as we attempted to pass out the food to everyone at home. They were out of multiple things as well. Customer services was not a priority when I complained about missing a sandwhich I was made to wait in line for 3 or 4 other customers sandwiches to be made.

Was out of all Soda in pop machine, Sandwich was expensive and mid at best, And they had boxes of junk all over the place, Employee was yelling cuss words, probably won't be coming back.

My Sandwich tasted more like meatballs and didn't even have them on my Sandwich I had a pizza sub eat end is so much better and the workers are more polite don't act like they are rushing you for your order girl on 3rd Street acted pushy and so impolite.

It's just a typical subway. Don't expect good customer service. It's a lost art, sadly. You get interrupted constantly & treated like a nuisance. The kids will text & not even care you're there waiting. They dint listen & don't care your order is wrong or right. When they're out of something they don't bother to prep more as if it's to much trouble to do their actual job & tell you it's because they close in an hour so it's pointless to cut up or cook more just to close. If you're open even just for 5 more min you should prepare whatever you have ready for a customer to male a sale. That's how money us made, not by refusing sales and service. Its just ridiculously frustrating how bad customer service is these days & seems like management is allowing it to continuously happen not just here at this subway but in every fast food joint everywhere. Ughhh it'd horrible. I worked at subway & McDonald's when I was a teenager until I was 21 years old and this kind of customer service was not acceptable nor allowed. We would've been fired if ever we acted like the kids do these days. It should be the same now. If the customer service was fixed this would be a 4 or maybe even a 5 star rating but customer service is lacking immensely.

I waited about 5 minutes at the drive through for someone to answer until finally I decided to drive up to the window in case they were having malfunctions. When I approached the window I waited another few minutes for the man to even acknowledge me. Once he opened the window I let him know about what happened. Instead of apologizing he begins acting as though it were my fault and that I should have waited longer. I was too upset to think about reading his name tag but I will absolutely not be visiting that subway again. And will be informing others about todays incident.

My dad died this morning. My mom and I hadn’t slept or eaten anything all day. This was our first meal of the day after mourning the loss of my dad. We sat down to eat quickly with more than a half hour before closing and Kristian kicked us out of the restaurant because “they are about to close”. We left, but as soon as we got into our car, another couple walked in, ordered, and sat down to eat their meal. He didn’t say anything to them. When I asked for some sympathy because my dad had just passed away, he told me to “have a good night”. How can someone be so heartless? I’m baffled. Shame on you, Kristian.
