Haven't been to this location in over 3 years even though it's the closest store to me but decided to give them another try against my better judgement. Was shocked that a basic Cold Cut Combo 12" sub was $9.49, I thought that was the price with chips and pop! At first I thought it was inflation like with everything else but decided to look up the price at the next closest location and it was $7.69. That's a big difference and it was the lightest sub I've ever walked out with. Will never walk in there again and suggest others find a different location to save money and put these gougers out of business.

I love this location. When we get subs, we order through the app and it is usually fulfilled within 5 to 10 minutes. The food always tastes great and the staff are very nice. I have never had an issue.

Great service. I order the exact same sub on my app from these guys multiple days a week. Probably shouldn't, but they do a such a good job on it every time. The second i walk in they grab my sub and they know it belongs to me, and it hasn't annoyed them too much.

Good and clean place to eat, the prices have tripled, the days of the 5 dollar footlong are gone.. $30 for two footlong subs today.

Very disappointing today. My sub was not how I ordered it and it was ruined. With a mobile order, receipt is printed out in front of them. I did not order mayo on my sub but did ask for jalapeno (extra) and extra sweet onion sauce. I had no jalapeno and could not taste any sweet onion sauce.

Bait and Switch! We received a page of Subway coupons in a weekly ad packet that is thrown onto our porch. One of those coupons was for a buy one footlong get one free. My autistic daughter offered to run up and get us dinner, clipped this coupon and headed out with the coupon. That's what so many people do - clip just the coupon they want to use - not take the entire sheet. She went to the location closest to us. The coupon does say valid at participating restaurants. However since this coupon was a part of a sheet of coupons delivered door to door to us, it is fair for us to assume they are all valid at this subway location that is closest to us. When she arrived at this location, she was told this is the one coupon they didn't take. Are we supposed to take the time to call first to find out if they take the coupons they advertise? She was not offered any of the other coupon deals in exchange for the coupon she had with her. Why not? She came home so anxious as she so sweetly wanted to please me with dinner and was so upset with herself for not thinking to bring all of the coupons. She was going to make the trip back there with all the other coupons. I told her not to bother since they were making it so hard on her. This is not a complaint against the staff at this location (they're just following directives), but a complaint against management for not accepting the publicized coupon or at the very least, allowing customers who bring in this single coupon to use it for one of the other coupon offers.

Owner is great, after getting my food. I unfortunately got stuck in the snow, he came out and helped me get unstuck. Great people running this place.
